I arrived at the Ramada by Wyndham register for my room. Once I got in the room the bed was in the middle of the floor, there is a big hole in the back wall. The hotel walking to the room actually smelled horrific wasn't clean at all just very ran down. I believe the smell probably came from the carpet it was so horrendously dirty and nasty looking. The hotel actually looked as if it was for the homeless. I spoke to the front desk gentleman and he was very pleasant. He stated that he would like to refund me my money however I booked through a third party. He was shocked at the photo of the room when I showed him. I explained to him the room I saw online was very deceitful. I was done and really disappointed that they put me in such a nasty room with the hole in the wall and I was over it. It was very clear to me that they clearly don't clean or check their rooms before the person shows up. I knew right then and there I had time to find a new hotel which I did. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has higher standards and their home living standards are high. It was definitely a dump. I literally went next door to a better hotel therefore I had to pay extra money for another room. I'm going to be reaching out hotel.com to see if I can get my money back because that place should not be on hotels.com it's a Dump...

I contacted the third party I booked my hotel through. They contacted the Wyndham in San Diego by the airport to request a full refund. Wyndham refused to give me a full refund and their response was we will "refund you for the second day but not the first day because you checked in". Yes and I checked out immediately the same night because of the issues stated above. So where is it in the clause that says "Wyndham should show customers the room before checking in" So that they won't have to deal with what I dealt with. SMH

Tip for consumers:
Stay away if your home living is on a higher standards. I say this because my home living is of higher standards! So why would I lay my body in a bedbug looking hotel. I could not even consider taken my cloths off at this location.
