I talked with Steve M a supervisor in paypal fraud department I had a 13 year old kid take $80 from me after the money was took I found out his age though ebay has all the proof of this fraud case and paypal Steve said he will not have a three way conversation on the phone to prove all of this with ebay like ebay wanted to do this came Strat from ebay but paypal said NO Now I think the reason why paypal will not call ebay is that they will be in the WRONG cuz paypal says they do not do business with minors YA RIGHT they just let them RIP YOU OFF

I wish there was another service like paypal that could provide services like paypal for all the countries around the world. No country should be restricted for online business payment processing.
