Horrible---They are scam artists--I am filing fraud claim--they will take your money immediately---and who know if or when you will get your merchandise--Good luck on getting a refund. Don't use them

Do NOT deal with this etailer! Or its parent Mercantila for that matter. I purchased an item for over $700.00, was charged immediately on 11/9/12, and was told I would receive the item no later than 12/3/12. First, reputable etailers do not charge your credit card until they ship. Second, it is now 12/30/12 and I have not received the item nor a credit. Mercantila, aka Zoostores.com, reps acknowledged weeks ago that the shipment was lost, and promised by e-mail that the billing department would issue a credit. That was 2 weeks ago, and still no credit. I will now have to dispute through my credit card company. Horrible communication, e-mail replies are painfully slow and produce no action. I don't know what type of confused conglomerate is behind these websites, but I highly advise steering clear!

I canceled an order on Dec. 22. They emailed me saying "their billing office would be refunding me as soon as possible" When I emailed them again on Jan. 12th they apologized for the "tremendous delay". Again on Feb 1st they say " It's absolutely unacceptable to have to wait this long". I believe they have NO intension of refunding my $129.00. Do not do business with this company! It is a scam!

I purchased because they indicated they actually had product in stock. Great, I thought; never had problems with internet purchases before, this is a first...
1. Box arrived damaged
2. Item not at all as described
3. Item appears to have been used
4. Customer Service indicated there's only one return person; I'd have to wait my turn for a return label.
5. No management on site to speak with
6. No return email despite their recommendation of quick resolution via email

Very problematic; too bad because they could be another 'Amazon' if they tried...

Sneaky, deceptive advertising - i ordered a clock from the clock superstore (really Mercantila) as a gift. My daughter wished to return it and ran into the fact that even tho the sites proudly discuss their 100% Satisfaction Guaranty and Money Back Guaranty there is a small drop down menu that indicates the items are non-returnable. When I went back to look, it appears that most of the items for sale are non-returnable. Very poor policy, but apparently they can get away with it.
