Ms. Deeandra attended my call about your cancellation policies. I was worried about getting the information I needed, costs and verifying the website's credibility. Thanks to her, all my concerns were addressed and successfully solved. She was very knowledgeable about the products offered, directed me how edit the legal document in a clear concise manner and with her agreeable character she dissipated any concerns I had.

I signed up for a 7 day trial to make a document. It was helpful, but not needed. I didn't see an automatic renewal on the site so thought I would get a notice before an additional charge. I received the charge today so I called right away. Karen was polite and courteous! She cancelled the account and issued the refund without any pushback. THANK YOU! I don't foresee needing this in the future, but if I do I will be back. I will also point my friends to it.

Had to phone tech support for Rocket Lawyer today - twice - each time I reached a different Tech support person and each one was FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, UPBEAT and took care of my issues quickly and efficiently. Answered my initial call within 1 minute, too! Wow - who does that any more? Obviously, Rocket Lawyer! I've utilized their services for my company for the past umpteen years and have never ever had a bad experience. It was very easy to use and complete the form. When I contacted Justina about cancelling my membership, she was very helpful. Overall, a good experience.

I was disappointed in the lack of help by using email or online assistance to answer a questions about being unable to edit the document.

As it turned out I did not need the document. So cancelled the subscription. Grace was very efficient, in completing the transaction and pleasant to speak with.

I used the web site to print a rental agreement. Since I do not feel I will have the need to use the site again, I called to make sure I would not incur a monthly fee in the future.
The individual I spoke to was very professional, knew her job well, and helped me quickly! I truly appreciated her knowledge and expertise!

Mason was as helpful and kind a service representative as I have encountered in many many years. He immediately identified our problem and resulting frustration and worked himself to solve it without passing us off to other representatives above or below him which is our normal experience. To not have someone pass the buck and own the problem and subsequently fix it is a rare experience. We will absolutely look to use rocket lawyers resources as we need them in the future.

Raabi'a removed my account from active status per my request and initiated a refund as the account should have been cancelled in early January. She was very pleasant and efficient taking only minutes to complete this task while at the same time offering me additional programs that were available. Very good experience!

Creating a document is very easy, and it walks you through all the steps. It also allows you to do custom edits, and this is just a few of the features. I highly recommend Rocket Lawyer.
