Perfectly adequate device for monitoring blood pressure. Have only used twice, so haven't experienced any long term issues.

Recent medical issue has required frequent changes of dressings that have proven difficult to remove particularly when the gauze wrap becomes wet. Normal household scissors are not effective. The Medvice EMT Trauma Shears that we purchased from Amazon cut through the wet dressings without the need to take small snips.

I'm a retired Nurse/Respiratory Therapist and I really love this set! It is good to have a more "traditional" BP Monitor. I really hate these new auto cuffs! They squeeze way too tight causing pain and makes your blood pressure go up too high. Most nurses seem to have forgotten the "old ways" of nursing and can't get accurate BP's anymore. Thanks for a great product. Well made and accurate.

I am quite impressed as I usually avoid cold packs even if my doctor directs me to use them. I ordered this one as the same pad could be made hot also. Then I tried it cold, and unbelievably, it was comfortable and relieving the pain. The case it comes in to go between it and your skin is very nice, so I am quite pleased with it. Best, SAK

Purchased a Gurin Water flosser as it can be used with 220V current and Water Pik can't. The first Gurin lasted less than a year and as replaced by Gurin. The replacement lasted 9 months and they are ignoring email requests as well as phone calls as to replacing the replacement. It works well when it is functioning, but it does not last.

I have purchased the ACCURA PULSE some while back do to busy life style. I always had my large table-top cuff. This is so simple, and easier to transport. I had it so long, I no longer have a receipt.

I purchased a Tens unit after breaking both ankles within 2 months of each other. My doctor wanted me to pay $1,000 for a "medical grade" tens unit. I was sure I could find something more affordable. I paid $25 for my Gurin Tens Unit and it has worked wonders. I also use it on other areas such as wrists and back and it helps with pain relief. Originally, I purchased this blood pressure cuff for a go bag and first aid kit for my RV. I have found that are use it a lot more than I thought I would. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it. It is easy to use was easy to follow instructions, as this is the first time I have used a blood pressure cuff.

D M This product is fast and accurate and I would recommend to other its great to have at home especially when tested positive for cov-19. This is when you become your own Doctor and Nurse they tell you go home quarantine your self and come back to us when you no longer are able to breath on your own if we can save you that's good if not will collect for cov-19 DEATH.
