GreenMotion

Nakon mnogo "jednostavnih" rezervacija, na green motion sam naišla slučajno, te nazvala u nadi da primaju debitne kartice za depozit. To nažalost nije moguće (travanj 2024.) ali me je zaposlenik izvijestio kako nema potrebe za depozitom ukoliko se bukira premium plus opcija. Isplati se dati nešto novca više, za nešto više sigurnosti i fleksibilnosti. Auto još uvijek nisam pokupila, ali vjerujem da će sve biti super 😉

The whole experience was quick and easy, added options were clearly explained. Staff was all helpful and polite. Car was clean and ran well. The only problem I had was figuring out where to get the shuttle from airport in Orlando to rental site. I rented thru Hopper and they didn't give clear instructions. In fact when I called them they said I had to get there on my own. Once I found the number for Green Motion they explained exactly where to go and voila, a van was there within 5 minutes

As a regular customer every time I travel to Istanbul I only book my vehicle via Green Motion Sabiha Gokcen. Very easy pick up, very easy check out. Special thanks to Mr. Turgay at the terminal office and Mr. Ibrahim at the pick up and drop off service for their hospitality, friendliness and great assistance. I am an extremely happy customer of Sabiha Gokcen Green Motion and will return as I do for many years.

Appeared at the GM desk in Frankfurt airport, very conveniently located just a few steps from our arrival gate. The paperwork was completely very quickly and efficiently. I had already seen that the rental price, including full insurance, was very competitive.
The car itself was in the basement garage just below the arrivals hall, again extremely convenient - no having to wait for a shuttle bus etc.
The car was new, clean and everything worked perfectly.

Only small problem (its not for us) their office is outside of airport. More less 4 km. But both side they have free shuttle bus...

The whole experience was great - best deal in town & very happy with the vehicle. The one thing I am still worried about is the fact that the sales office advised me that they took £2500 deposit & would be returned after 15-25 days after the return of the rental. We are still waiting for our deposit back. I wonder if I have done my money, don't feel comfortable about this. Would like this investigated please.

The customer agent was unfriendly, uncooperative and inefficient. Demanding to see my passport even tho I had uploaded all required documents and checked in the day before checkup. I've used Green Motion before but the Birmingham International branch / franchise is really poor service and seems like they're out to exploit customers with additional charges instead of providing a good customer experience. I think this is my last booking with Green Motion at BHX. I've had a good experience with Green Motion at London stansted,

Staffs are super helpful, I hired a big SUV, on that time I cannot fited my four big suit case in, they have very good experience to help me fited all the suitcases in. Other things was I so unlucky that I bought comprehensive insurance, when we were in Cardiff I parked my car on the public car park somebody hit and run, this caused the right hand side light and bumper were broken, when I returned the car I just need to fill up one insurance form and they didn't charge anything.

I have found after twice renting with green motion at their Stansted location that they are very fairly priced and their staff are professional and courteous. I was offered a good upgrade for a reasonable price, and was pleased with the vehicle I chose. All of their cars are new or nearly new and they have a very good selection. For my money they are the best at the Airport post covid by some way and hope they stay and grow.

Absolutely great experience with our GreenMotion booking in Zagreb. Impeccable service, friendliness and a very smooth process of both picking up the rental as well as returning it. We will definitely make use of GreenMotion again for our next visit.

Easy to book online through Holiday Autos. Nice car, convenient in-terminal desk and return parking lot close to the terminal. Only disappointment was that there was onlt one rep serving customers and the customer in front of us had a problem and took ages which meant we had a long time to wait. There were 2 other reps in the cabin but they did paperwork and ignored customers. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars.

I have rented from Greenmotion Manchester Airport 4 times since February. Every time was well looked after and given a good car quickly and efficiently. They are just off the airport, but there's a frequent pick up and the price seems to be a little more than half what you pay in car hire centre at the airport. (You need a pick up there any way) A thank you to Ritz who dealt with me on two pick ups and two returns.

We needed to hire a car at Stansted Airport for an overnight trip to the UK, and Greenmotion were offering excellent rates. The depot is 'off airport' but only ten minutes away and has a frequent shuttle-bus service from the terminal. The car, a Fiat Cinquecento, was spotless and in perfect condition. The staff were efficient and polite when we picked up and returned the car. An excellent service overall, and we will certainly use Greenmotion again.

First time user of Green Motion Car Rental and was extremely satisfied with the very efficient booking process and helpful customer service. Payment options were fully explained in advance and selected option represented great VFM. No hanging around at Gatwick Airport with car ready upon arrival. I would have no hesitation in using Green Motion again in the near future.

Good service, free ride to the our hotel after leaving the car (as we stayed one more night in Marrakech), very friendly. Efficient car (don't consume petrol that much). Thank you!

Everything were perfect from new cars to very helpful staff. Even our travel plans changed and booking was amended hassle free.

Be VERY careful hiring from Greenmotion, Heathrow. After a 15 hour flight from NZ to New York followed by a 7 hour flight to Heathrow we went to collect our pre booked car. The car was ready (ish) We had to take photos of previous damage before driving away, that's fine BUT, before leaving we ended up having to pay a lot more than pre arranged due to them not processing our credit card for the level of insurance we wanted. We drove about 50 miles down the road to discover a slow puncture in the front drivers side tyre. Very rusty worn screw stuck in the tyre. It had been there a while. WORST of all, my fault, I got a $60 (GBP) parking ticket along with some locals I knew. The fee Greenmotion charged for sending me an email advising me was higher than the ticket, $68! Apparently after flying right around the world and extremely tired, being charged almost double what we originally booked our car at I should have closely read paragraph 13. Going for the cheaper option on this occasion was a very bad move. I will not be using this company again.

Staff very friendly, the car was very comfortable, Price was far cheaper than the other company.
They haven't forced or scared me about there own insurance.

I rented a car, & picked up from airport,@ Ankara. Very fast, easy, organized & professional with decent deposit. Car was ready at parking, nice & clean. Good car with everything as requested. On return very easy to drop off & no hassle & refund to my credit card in 2 days.

We were really satisfied with the fact that our car was waiting for us at the exit of the airport with one employee ready to give us the keys. However, the kids seats were missing, even if included in the reservation and paid for. They had to pick it up and bring it back about 45 minutes later. When we brought back the car, we were told there would be a cleaning fee because of the sand inside, which was mainly a vacuum job and is expected for a 7 days location. Got charged 700 ZAR.
