“This is where those clickable ads go, the ones about...”

This is where those clickable ads go, the ones about the mom discovering a tooth whitening "secret" by using two "free trial" products. NEVER GO THERE! They will take your credit card and start charging your account for all kinds of products, under different names, regardless of whether you want them or not. By the time you realize what's happening you're out hundreds! Save yourself days on hold trying to unravel this nightmare.

The same happened to me as David I, they used my email address to request wire transfers from my bank to another bank in a different state. I didn't get my "Free Trial" for 10 days after I ordered, so, of course, couldn't get it back to them in the time frame they gave. They kept charging my account for the same amount and same product. I disputed the charge with the credit card and finally got it taken care of. So I say don't try any "Free Trials" and save yourself a lot of trouble.

This afternoon I received my "14day/onemonth" package with 10 days left on my 14day "FREE"trial for which I had paid $83.98 but could not use due to on-going dental surgery. I was refered defered detained retained and pretty much given the 'mushroom' treatment, so I posted a *******@complaintboard.com, after which I discovered my checking account had been drained of just over $3,000.00 this afternoon. Lets see who had my info? Oh ya cleanwhites, and cleanwhites only. Smells like prison food to me.

Disappointing! 10day trial includes the day you ordered. 2 different cancel dates-can easily go over 10days. Almost impossible to cancel before the 79.99charge is added to your CC. Website is unavailable to cancel, you have to make a call that keeps you on hold for a good 20-30minutes, but the prompts to order continue!

Very deceptive advertising - do not order Cleanwhites product! I ordered "free 14-day trial", was sent the product I ordered PLUS additional products I didn't order and my credit card was charged $79.00! I have returned all products unopened, notified the BBB, and disputed the credit card charge with my bank.

I took up the ad for no risk trial & the price of $. 99 for s&h to order a tooth whitening product from "Cleanwhites" of Miami, Florida. After receiving it I find that I have 14 days to try the product and then be billed for automatic reorder of the product for $79.95 each month there after. So I tried it and found it to burn my gums. I canceled on line as it said I could but needed to receive from them a return merchandise number which I then used to send back the remaining material. I also called them after canceling on line and the gal said sorry it burned your gums just send back the remaining and she checked that my order was canceled. They sent confirmation of receiving it back but had already charged my credit card for $79.95 as they did not receive it back within 14days of the actual cancelation. I have post office ship date and it was 7days prior to the due date. I called and disputed it with a Company gal and she said too bad you didn't get it back for 14 days later. I maintain that it didn't take 14 days for a little pkge. To get back to them as I sent it 8days before due date. They are stealing $79.95 for burning my gums and now I have no product even. A total RIP OFF From this Company. They are deceitful in the fact that I only had 14 days to try, then to send it back as the info for returning was in the box when the material trial got to me several days later. And it was not identified up front on the ad site, you had to go elsewhere to read the fine print. This should be outlawed. If the product is good quality and works people will reorder on their own without automatic reorders-its total crooked ethics by this company as well as stealing $79.95 for trying it and having nothing now.
While the site shows several media support groups that provide good results for some people and cheaper then going to the dentist, it says nothing of automatic renewal and stealing from you if it doesn't work for you on that page.

This site is advertized on the aol home page as a free trial. What they don't tell you is that if you don't cancel in a certain amount of time they will charge your card with a charge of $86,00 a month and that you also signed up for several other products that are going to charge your card $7.00 to $10.00 a month. I have spent a lot of time over the past month trying to get all of this stuff cancelled and though they cancel it for you they do NOT refund your money. Also I thought that I had gotten everything cancelled and then I checked my credit card statement this morning and low and behold there was another charge from another offer that was connected to this site. Just remember that if it looks to good to be true it probably is. There is no free trials out there so buyer beware!

October 27,2009, I contacted Cleanwhites, ordered the trial product, it arrived, I tried it and decided not to continue and returned the product within the two week trial period, November 13,2009. My problem: Sup. Worldfit *******590) charged my credit card $24.13 on December 7,2009. I called that number and asked who they were. They said I ordered their product when I ordered Clearwhite. I called Clearwhite to ask them about Worldfit. They knew nothing about Worldfit. I called Worldfit again and they said there was a paragraph on the Clearwhite website order form that I was supposed to check off if I did not want Worldfit. I asked to speak to a supervisor at Worldfit and they denied me, and said I was just out the money since I did not check the box about their product. This was a scam on the part of both companies. Both call centers of these companies are in Florida and share the same customer service, but different phones. Beware who has your credit card number.

* * * * WARNING * * * *
While the product works, it is a MAJOR scam! Heard about it on a news website: "Free trial. No Risk." BS. You've got 5 mins to click through the order site. You don't find out until you receive your order that you've been "enrolled" in a MONTHLY program to the tune of $79.95 + $5.99 S&H - every month. Don't want it? No problem. To cancel, you have to return the empty carton - and pay $6.99 S&H. So much for "No Risk. Free Trial." They've been very careful to tie this up legally so there's no way out excpet to pay. But it IS a scam! Within 24 hrs of placing the order, the FRAUD department of my credit card company called to warn me. They've had to deal with a number of problems where people didn't cancel in time and got stuck with at least one monthly charge. Because you voluntarily give them your card number, there's nothing they can do. YOU ARE STUCK! Don't be a sucker, like I was. AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

* * * WARNING * * * * DO NOT USE THIS "TRIAL"!
ITS A MAJOR SCAM! Also terrible customer service!
I read about it on a news website: "Free trial. No Risk." I haven't even try the "sample" I paid for $3.95 a month ago. To my surprise I found out until yesterday I've been "enrolled" in a MONTHLY program to the tune of $79.95 + $5.99 S&H - every month! I found out throughout my bank!
I called for a full refund... impossible! I got stuck with one monthly charge of something I don't want "Because I voluntarily give them my card number".
They even called me after a week I request the "free trial" offering me the full treatment which I declined and I was VERY clear with this person asking not to send anything or not to want any product but the trial... it doesn't count! I explained this to the customer service rep. The answer was "that is a different department and we only have one data base they don't have access" they don't have access to your account? But they can access to your phone number? Ridiculous! Never again with this company and be careful before trying their "OFFERS"
