Terrible experience. Such rude and belittling responses from the 'CBT-I team'. The idea that someone- who is intensely struggling with sleep, already at their lowest, pushed to the edge- could be met with such insulting replies from a healthcare professional whose program is built on people reaching out and receiving help is unprofessional (at the very least) and harmful and unethical (at the worst). Waste of time, energy and money.

Tip for consumers:
Terrible service bordering on unethical. Will not help and is not worth it.
Dealing with their "gatekeeper" (whoever fields the emails) was SO frustrating, that now, when I even think about CBT I get angry and my blood pressure rises. So, now, when I'm trying to go to sleep, THAT'S what I think about... I've basically been on ambein ever since - For me it was $60 worth of pamphlets, no consultation or review (or even evidence) of a Doctor.
Tip for consumers:
If you don't get the formatting just right they will reject it and, like me, will be locked out of any service.

The Pamphlets are nice - a good consolodation of all the free information out there
I'm in the middle of this online course. If you're not good with computers, it's not a user-friendly course. When I mentioned it to them, I got a patronizing and almost snarky response. I paid extra to be able to ask questions, but I'm turned off by their attitude. I'm sorry I signed up for this.

I signed up for the Premium CBTi program. I completed the 5 week program, keeping sleep diaries and submitting them for review.
There is little in the program which could not be found otherwise on-line. Everything recommended -- specifically keeping a sleep diary and sleep restriction -- is old news to anyone who has struggled with insomnia. The CBT part of the program is fairly thin, and it surprises me that they can even call it this, as it doesn't really feature much in the material provided.
My biggest complaint is the e-mail feedback. In my case, it came late and was inconsistent, at one point advising me to follow very different sleep schedules from one week to the next (when the key underlying recommendation is to maintain a consistent sleep schedule). When I asked one of the allowed questions, the answer -- a link to a blog -- was unrelated to the question asked. When challenged, the person responding was patronizing, arrogant and really nasty. It was pretty shocking and led me to think "Dr. Gregg Jacobs" should have his license canceled. A bad experience.
The rude response to the email I sent is indicative of the product. Confusing, archaic website. I am shocked that New York Times recommended this amateur site, and I have told them so.
Tip for consumers:
It's a con.

None. The site is too hard to navigate and the instructions amateur.
I had a horrible experience the first week. When. I submitted the. Sleep log U first hit an email saying. I'd filled it out incorrectly. I then emailed with questions about how to correct it. They not only did send not answer my questions but said I should not send any more emails.I then sent a revised form, to the best of my ability, Then they emailed that they were refunding my money because. I failed to follow instructions. This it outrageous and a despicable way to treat a client who is seeking help. This company is supposed to be serving people with a problem. Some might be depressed or even suicidal and being treated like this could push someone over the edge. The company should be publicly shamed and their disgraceful behavior made known
Tip for consumers:
NoneI was kicked out of the program!

Like everyone else has said, the emails are very rude and the site does not function properly. The customer service isnt very helpful for a website thats supposed to be helping people.
Gave them my $55 American and was only able to download Session 1. I emailed for support and received a very disrespectful response that was of no help. Feel ripped off
We were looking into integrating a CBT-I element into our sleep practice. I emailed them to ask a few questions and the email I got back was incredibly rude. This behavior is suggestive of a greater lack of professionalism and was our main reason for not purchasing their product.
Oddly this website is often referred to by reputable news outlets like Dr. Oz. It offers a cognitive behaviour therapy program for sleep problems. For a fee you get a 5 week program supposedly monitored by a Dr. Gregg Jacobs. Two problems:
1. The provided material is nothing new and can be found all over the internet.
2. Contact by email with the site will get you a rude, bizarre diatribe no matter what question you ask (Don't expect a useful answer) and threats to block you from further support.
Don't waste your money. You won't get any value and the email abuse doesn't help. Honestly a strange way to do business.
