The Amber Rose website used to be great and trustworthy. In the Spring of last year, I ordered a coach jacket. It arrived fast and I was pleased with the quality. I let one of my friends borrow it later that year and she lost it. I frequently checked the website to see if they would go back in stock and indeed, it did. I ordered the jacket in February. After two weeks I sent them a message, with no reply. A few days after that I contacted them again, with no reply. THREE WEEKS in and I sent them a message with no reply. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission a few days after that. One day later, they finally sent me a reply (coincidence? I think not) saying that they tried getting the jacket for me, but that they couldn't and that a website error allowed them to "oversell". It is very unprofessional for them to not reply in a timely manner about this "website error". Out of curiosity, I checked the site again to see if they have deemed the item I ordered "out of stock". They never did. It just shows how lazy customer service is. It is such a disappointment because I was very pleased with them the first time around.
