On October 17, I ordered a swimsuit that the site was giving away for free for "promotional purposes" and the only thing I had to pay was "shipping", which I was completely fine with. I have seen deals like this from other websites in the past and had no problem receiving the products I ordered.

I got confirmation for my order through email shortly after, saying that they would notify me when my order has shipped. On October 27th, I still had yet to hear from them. I sent them an email requesting an update on my order. It is now October 31st. I emailed them demanding they respond and that if they don't, I will be taking further action. I then went onto their Facebook page. After reading other individuals' furious reviews on their Facebook (which I never saw on the day I made my order), I have realized that I was scammed.

It is quite unfortunate considering that legitimate businesses run the same promotion but will less likely be taken seriously because of this joke of a "business". Wavylifestyleco routinely cleans their Facebook of all negative comments from angered consumers. Whoever runs this scam site is a joke.

The Amber Rose website used to be great and trustworthy. In the Spring of last year, I ordered a coach jacket. It arrived fast and I was pleased with the quality. I let one of my friends borrow it later that year and she lost it. I frequently checked the website to see if they would go back in stock and indeed, it did. I ordered the jacket in February. After two weeks I sent them a message, with no reply. A few days after that I contacted them again, with no reply. THREE WEEKS in and I sent them a message with no reply. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission a few days after that. One day later, they finally sent me a reply (coincidence? I think not) saying that they tried getting the jacket for me, but that they couldn't and that a website error allowed them to "oversell". It is very unprofessional for them to not reply in a timely manner about this "website error". Out of curiosity, I checked the site again to see if they have deemed the item I ordered "out of stock". They never did. It just shows how lazy customer service is. It is such a disappointment because I was very pleased with them the first time around.

While looking through the site, I was so excited about the clothing this site had to offer. In it, I was able to find things that I could not find anywhere else, especially at a decent price. I ordered three items I really liked. To my disappointment, on that very same night, minutes within confirmation of my order and deducting money from the bank account, they sent me an email saying that they cancelled my order without any explanation. No one from customer services even cared to send me an automatic email or call me explaining why it was cancelled. I shot them an email now only concerned about getting my money back, since I do not care to order from this site anymore. They said they would reply within 48 hours, which they never did. No money was refunded into my bank account. I went on their Twitter page which served as another service platform, and in the bio they said that they work "24 hours a day/7 days a week" yet they did not reply on time, especially with the severity of my situation. I was about to send them another email complaining about their customer service, until someone finally sent me an email with the vaguest response, saying that the order "has failed their security checks" and that my money has been refunded. Another person on Twitter asked them about why their own order was automatically cancelled, in which customer service replied it was because it "failed security check" but when asked to expand, they said that they could not. Absolutely pathetic! Automatically deducts money, slow responses, and once one gets a response, it is incredibly vague. Some pieces of clothing on the site are those you cannot always find anywhere else, thus I did not give it a one star. However, some reviews complained that the clothing has a cheap quality to it so I do not feel so bad staying away from this site. It is not worth putting money into a site that is deceitful, unclear, and untrustworthy!
