I ordered 2 pill containers from this site. They were flimsy and some of the lids would not stay closed when pills were inside. I returned them after calling to describe the problem. I was told I would have the price of the product refunded as well as the postage because the product was faulty. I did get a refund on the pill containers, but the postage (which was more than the price of the containers) was not refunded. When I called to find out why; I was passed around to 4 operators none of whom were available to talk to me. I emailed about the problem, and got no response. 3 more phone calls got voice mail, or a message that the person I needed to talk to was not available. I was promised a return phone call, which 2 days later I have not received. Avoid this vendor unless you really want a headache.
