A very old male driver who was supposed to deliver my Makro order (MAK*******/*******1) humiliated me. Since he never gave me his name, I assumed he was going to call at virtually the last minute, at 16:29, and refuse to deliver my package. Upon receiving my call, he immediately began to criticize me, saying things like "what kind of person am I not to send him an entrance pin knowing very well He had to come and deliver" and "who do I think I am?" He went on to say, "I'm a problem." Here are my worries: I don't know this individual; how was I supposed to give a pin to someone whose contact information I don't have? What gives him the right to unprovokedly assault me? Wumdrop ought to instill telephone etiquette in its drivers. I'm hoping someone will inquire further about this; all I have is his phone number, *******835. He didn't even bother to introduce himself before berating me over the phone and informing me he wouldn't deliver my package and there was nothing I could do.
