Writers Cosmos

When I was searching for a company to create my photo book so that I could sell it through Amazon, I stumbled onto writercosmos.com. When I spoke to them, they seemed knowledgeable. I sent them $750 to cover the cost of setting up the complete book ready for printing in less than 1 month. I had all the photos, the intro and the cover ideas.

After 4 attempts by them to print the images as sharp in the sample books that they sent me as the originals that I sent them, I asked for my money returned.
Vincent, the company vice-president, sent me an email and said...
"I have already discussed the case and sorted the issue with the printing department and sending you another copy of the book. If the book does not print well this time, we will refund your money."

I received 3 copies of the final book printed on 3 different paper stocks, but the images still looked like crap. So I asked him to stand by his words and return the money that I sent them in good faith.

Suddenly, he became quiet and never returned my money.

This company might be ok printing novels that are black text on white paper, but have no clue how to print full color photographs. If and when they had checked the sample books before sending them to me, they would have noticed the poor quality of the images.

Their attention to detail, their customer service and their ability to stand behind their words, is pathetic.

I am so grateful to have stumbled upon the publishing services of Writer Cosmos! I have found Vincent and the other publishing team members to be quite skilled and knowledgeable in helping me publish my very first eBook. The end result of my fully illustrated children's paperback book into an eBook (The Right Knight) by this team of experts was most astounding! They proved to me they don't print just to print, but it was clear Vincent, and the publishing team of experts were also continually looking for ways to help make my book be as professional, interesting, and appealing as possible (from concept, to content, to proofing, to digital eBook printing, and providing pricing options for selling my book online). Horrible Experience! I was talked into paying for 3 of my books, to be done. I signed an Agreement explaining the services that I was buying. After taking my money, and wasting my time, for 3 months, Harry Clifford decided to try to change the Agreement, to give me a portion of what I was sold, and then refused to give me my money back. I believe that they are a Scam. Writers Beware!

I have wanted to write a romantic comedy novel ever since I was a little girl. Writer Cosmos turned my dream into reality. Not only am I a published author now, but I am also Writer Cosmos biggest fan. Thank You guys!
