I've had the absolute misfortune of dealing with this unprofessional and incompetent company. They missold me a product, then when I tried to contact them to resolve the issue (email, website chat, website message box, WhatsApp, at least 20 phone calls), they ignored me, hung up the phone, then blocked my number. They've never contacted me nor spoke to me to find out my side of things.
I was promised a call back on at least 5 occasions. This never materialised.
They have kept my money.
And I've been told that the compliance department is unavailable for my case.
I *cannot* believe how many 5 star reviews there are on Google.
Was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Didn't respond to calls, emails etc until I involved the bank and the police fraud department. Finally got a logo through but was nothing like what I had asked for and so now trying to get my money back
