Well designed, brilliant finish, well made. We are enormously pleased with our new kitchen. In spite of having more units than before, it actually looks bigger.
Wren designed and built my dream kitchen. It was a tough job given it's an 1800's property without a straight line in sight. Amazing service from start to finish and achieved everything we dreamt of.
I really regret agreeing to use an installer recommended by Wren. The work was done to very poor quality, for example the Wren installer did not connect the pipes for the kitchen sink, and did not connect most of the electric sockets which meant none of the kitchen appliances (except the fridge freezer) could be tested. (I got these things completed by others after the kitchen install). The quality of the plastering the walls (after removing the old tile splashback) was really shoddy - I was told by the installer that I would need to "do a bit of sanding" myself to prepare it for painting! He even left the corner post covering the pipes (see pictures) unfinished and told me to call him "at a later date to come and fix it"! And the list goes on and on...
Of course I complained to Wren and pointed out that the installer was an agent acting on their behalf, and therefore it was their responsibility to rectify all the problems caused by him but they did not accept this. I am now taking my complaint to the Ombudsman as they have refused to fix all these issues. I have to say I was very happy with the design itself but given the awful installation experience I will be avoiding Wren in the future altogether.
Two family members have separately bought kitchens from Wren and are massively disgusted by the service. No one answers the phone at head office. Never buy anything from these people!

Very pleased with whole experience. Couple of very minor defects on cupboard doors, possibly caused during fitting. Replacements sent without question.

Stay Away from Wren Kitchen
We purchased a kitchen from Wren in the summer of 2020.
You'll feel very important when you walk into your meeting with Wren kitchen designers. They will cuddle you, they will make you feel comfortable and you'll be fed and even bubbly is on the menu...
Our design was very challenging, nevertheless, you would expect they know what's all about and will do the planning as it should be. Unfortunately, not everything went according to planning.
It is important to mention, that the kitchen was not delivered on time and we were not updated on time about the delay.
Our installer soon discovered that several parts of the kitchen were delivered damaged. Contacting Wren was not easy, dealing with their customer service was an utter nightmare.
We've lost precious days and incurred extra costs due to their mistakes. Still, to date, we have not received an apology, not mentioning to repay the extras.
I'm happy to say that our unforgettable experience was turned into a success as we managed to turn away half a dozen of potential new customers. I know it's not much, but I hope this review will help others to choose wisely and avoid making the same mistakes we've made, buying a kitchen from Wren.
Great service from start to finish. Good choice of styles and excellent advice given by our designer ( Nicole). The installer was also excellent. Very pleased with the finished kitchen.

Please do not put your family through this horrible experience, just about managed to get them to change my damaged worktop, waited a week for delivery only to be sent the wrong worktop. Called customer services and their response was unacceptable, didn't even try to help, I received 3 different accounts. Only good thing about them is the sales process when their taking your money. I am definitely making a complaint to the furniture ombudsman
Since Wren have replied to my view I gave had even more issues. They are delivering to me tomorrow but the customer services manager could not be bothered to ring the delivery team and add on a additional tek wall strip. Absolutely no empathy or regard towards the customer. This is the most hassle service I have ever received. I would recommend everyone to stay well away from Wren, please do not put your families through this stress.
I have asked for call recordings however i have to wait for a month for these. I am consulting a solicitor regarding this terrible ordeal with Wren. Words cannot describe how this has effected my family and the stress it has caused.
The after care service is by far the worst I have ever encountered.
Excellent from design to installation. Delivery was stressful as lorry broke down and courier delivered my kitchen components and did not allow me time to check it off

Fairs fair, they do a good sales job on you. But after that just about everything goes wrong. 1. Broken kitchen parts, missing kitchen parts, incorrectly labelled boxes with different colour parts inside, multiple replacements (I had one cabinet delivered 3 times as it was broken twice on delivery) damage inside the house from the delivery team which they deny knowledge of, many multiple spares deliveries. When you call customer care you easily spend 45mins to 1 hr on hold each call, either they are under staffed or huge number of calls (don't take my word for it, call up customer care and see how long you spend on hold).
Had a dispute over damage caused by their delivery drivers. I had to get evidence over inside 48 hours, I asked at that point if they had everything they needed and they said yes. Two months later they deny the it was them then asked for more evidence (Their delivery drivers claimed they handed over the kitchen to us outside the house yet they delivered it inside the house, how do you prove otherwise two months later!? At the time I could have used the Ring doorbell footage.
I wish I had used a kitchen builder at half the price and would have been equal/better quality. My advice would be to stay away from this company.
I purchased the top of the range kitchen from Wren. The designer was great, but everything that followed quickly went down hill. I was left without water in my kitchen for 6 weeks and it took a year to get them out to finish removing my old kitchen and to fix some problems with the installation (which still hasn't been finished) They also require you to pay the whole balance before they deliver or start the installation. That should tell you something!
I am happy with my kitchen now that it's nearly complete, but it was hard work getting this far. I wish I would of done a bit more research before hand.
An update... The under cabinet lights were never screwed in, just taped. They have now at least come out to look at the problem and ordered the screws. I would think they would have those to hand, wrong! It's now going on 2 months and they haven't been out to do that simple job. My lights are now hanging by the wires.
Update! After 10 months of phone calls, Wren have sent a carpenter out to fix the problems. A few soft closures are needed and a note was put on the worksheet. That was 2 weeks ago, I haven't heard anything yet and nothing has been received. I'm hoping it doesn't take another 10 months to get those posted out...
There delivery was right on time and if any replacement parts were needed they would be sent in two days so they arrived while my fitters and they liked working with wren kitchen units

Glitches took a lot of chasing to get put right. Communication between the Wren aftercare team, the fitters and me was not always accurate.this led to frustrations!
We had a great experience buying our kitchen and the sales assistant was very helpful and patient with us when we kept asking to see something different.

Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
