Despite a hiccup with the designer and first assigned fitter at the beginning, the rest of the process went really well. Excellent fitter, Neil, and really pleased with both the quality and design of the kitchen, and the aftercare.
From planning right through to delivery, the service we experienced was excellent. Even when a couple of doors got damaged in transit they were replaced within 36 hours! Extremely happy with our new kitchen

Very good quaity of the fixtures and fittings. They kept in contact and delivered at the time we agreed. They took time to ensure that no damage happened to any of my items. The put them in a tidy order in the space provided in groups so my kitchen fitter could work in a logical order without issue.
Our experience with wren was first class from start to finish. A great experience at the new Drakehouse Sheffield showroom - great desist, first class staff and service. Excellent communication throughout the whole process.
Even when there was an issue with a damaged door on the delivery, the service received to get a replacement was also faultless.

Buyer Beware. Big problems.
We have been trying to get our kitchen finished with nothing but mistake after mistake.
We have been overcharged and underserved.
The cabinets do not line up properly and we have had the installation team brought back three times so far.
We ordered our countertops through them which the cut incorrectly, lost our sink until finally getting it installed and leaving a mess.
We are currently disputing our bill for overcharges but are being locked out of our Wren account.
#BuyerBeware. It is a cheap company who makes up in savings with hassles. Look on Facebook at the true reviews!
From sales to delivery everything went smooth. Inci I Ursavas at the Selden store helped us design the perfect kitchen. She is very knowledgeable with all the cabinets and very helpful. The delivery went perfect and the guys were very friendly. I had 2 damaged items and they replaced them within a week. We love our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Wren to friends.

A well thoughtout design using good quality pre assembled components. The kit contained everything except the wall fixing screws (as expected) and a comprehensive set of instructions enabling the units to be installed easily and very quickly. The bosch hob/oven appliances were remarkable value for money, easy to install and offer amazing energy effficiency. Very impressed, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wren.

Excellent, well built cabinets. Great delivery crew. Excellent installers. Our problem was getting all the outside contractors to fit with the install time line. The process took alot longer than anticipated, due to us having to schedule the contractors.

Was misold got told kitchen will be completed within 5-10 days but it ended up taking 42 days too fit kitchen, was left days on end without any water or electricity, Had endless problems with extractor fan missing, wrong colour of panels... had ro wait fir items to be redelivered. Sent me wrong microwave, The wren approved kitchen fitter was awful messed around with my water pipe, which i had to spend extra £1600 to repair. Extra damage to my floor and ceilings which was not repaired just covered up with panelling. Wren approved fitter was rude and ignorant fitted me on in mainly weekends the worst i went 10days without anyone turning up, the design team do not check on you once sale has gone through not once. Stay away salesmen will say anything for sale go to howdens instead my brother had lovely kitchen fitted from them
Design stage more concerned with deposit getting paid than the correct kitchen, 8 further revisions to the contract with only 1 design change; a direct swap of a hob to a cheaper one yet for some bamboozling justification they only offered part refund. Fitted fine but Wren decided it was a good idea to sign the kitchen off on my behalf, more bamboozlement (or fraud?). Glad its over tbh.
We took advantage of one Wrens famous sales (Boxing Day) and had a chat with our designer Kai at the Southampton branch. We were not sure what we wanted to start with, but Kai takled us through the whole process. After someone had come to measure our existing space we had a great designing appointment with Kai where he listened to our preferences and designed a wonderful kitchen. Once we had agreed on when we wanted this all to start it was super easy. The kitchen fitters that were allocated started contacting us to arrange times and dates, and other trades etc and before we knew it the time was upon us.
There werea couple of little issues in terms of the the flooring being slightly short but Wrens immediately ordered another pack. Anything i asked was answered i felt supported all the way through and the aftercare is also pretty great. Couldn't recommend them enough.
We have had a great experience from start to finish the staff in our local showroom (Durham) could not have been better friendly and professional infomative with no hard sell. Our designer Rose had great idears and with in weeks our kitchen was on its way. The delivery team where fantastic everything went without a hitch. We used our own carpenter who done a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased the kitchen it turned out even better than the computer print outs and the on site VR room

Wren has the worst customer service process especially once goods are purchased. Bad experience from me, bad experience for my parent and bad experience from a friend. 3 / 3 who bought from Wren cant be a coincidence. Wish I listened and bought elsewhere instead of falling for the charms of the designers who constantly contradicts themselves on the act of the possible. Now I have to pay for their inability to do their jobs well.
The measuring team got it wrong
Design team got it wrong and when corrections were made, the explanation was poor
Pre fit went wrong
Now i have a 240mm gap in my utility after paying £25k which I have to pay a further £291 to fix and also need to wait 2 weeks to receive the items! A joke!
I had several problems with the installation. First the stove wouldn't fit in the opening, next I had the wrong size sink, they said it would be at least a week before they could get back to install the new one. Then there was the mess they left behind, besides the pile of cardboard they left in my living room, there were hand and finger prints all over the new cabinets and ceiling, also wood chips in the drawers and cabinets. So I talked to corporate customer satisfaction and was told the installers would call me " nope" never happened. Then I called the store manager in Wilkes Barre Pa where I bought it he said he'd take care of it "nope" never happened. So I ended up hiring someone to finish the job. Oh and did I mention that I was supposed to get a bullnose countertop and did not, I got a flat one. So in the if you're considering getting a Wren kitchen DON'T do it. Run away as fast as you can.
We visited the fantastic Swindon store and were able to view everything we needed in order to choose our ideal kitchen. Then from design to installation everything went completel seamlessly resulting in a kitchen we absolutely love!

We enjoyed meeting with our Wren kitchen designer and arranging all units for a perfect and practical fit. We even used units in our utilty and either side of our living room fireplace for a consistent look. Highly recommend Wren to anyone shopping for a new kitchen.

I walked in to the showroom and saw a display kitchen and had to have it. The Process was so simple and unpressurised from start to finish.
The after sales service was second to none
And they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

I thought the customer service, competence of the installer and quality of the product were all excellent. The designer couldnt have been more helpful at Orpington, and then the installer was very competent and had some very good advice. There was an issue - one of the cabinets wasn't going to fit because there was some unexpected hidden pipework. Wren sent out some additional components which allowed the installer to adjust the kitchen at no cost to me. The quality of the product is very high - my parents have a kitchen from one of Wren's main competitors and in my view the quality of my kitchen is higher. I am also very pleased to have made the decision to go for the quartz working surfaces.

This was a good experience, from the showroom to delivery. Mehran at the Ayr showroom was extremely helpful and knowledgable and arranged delivery to suit us. The units are on good quality. One worktop was damaged and it was replaced promptly with no fuss. Extremely helpful customer services.

Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
Answer: I did my kitchen with Home Depot three years ago some of the things were so bad I had to replace it a whole kitchen Wren Kitchen solid thing
