If you're considering buying from WowGo, don't. I've seen a lot of reviews of them, but they all have to be paid off. I bought a board from WowGo, and I straight up never received it. The support team is of literally no use whatsoever. They do not care about their customers. They will take your money and run. So please don't buy anything from them. Don't be fooled by paid "reviews"
Dear WowGo, as promised, I believe potential buyers should know how you really treat your customers.
First, here are my orders numbers, so you know who I am:
#******* #******* and #******* for a total of 803$.
So I used my board for +- 100km then it suddenly stopped working.
- You were very friendly to ask me to pay for a replacement cable. I paid. It didn't solve the issue.
- Then you were very friendly to ask me to pay for replacement battery. Having no choice, I paid, you sent me a wrong battery case (incompatible). I made more multiple videos as you requested, and suddenly no news. You won't answer any emails. No more support (email, fb, calling. I tried all!).
Conclusion: WowGo's support is only active to encourage further purchases, even if the products are incompatible. Then when they see that they are wrong, they start ignoring you 100%.
For those considering a purchase from WowGo, please be aware of how their customer service may treat you. Exercise caution!

I purchased an electric skateboard from Wowgo which broke under conditions that should have not been a problem but through multiple emails over the course of several weeks my problem was solved reasonably
Great board over all, I barely fell nor did I get injured. This was my learners board however I bought it just months before the AT2 Plus came out so I wish I waited. On the flip side I got a really good price for the AT2 as it was on sale at the time. Wowgo definitely makes good products and I would buy from them again.
This was my first electric board so I was a bit hesitant. But when I recieved it I was so impressed with the packaging and quality. I bought it for myself for Christmas and I couldn't wait to try it. It's fast smooth and so much fun. I would definitely buy another one. I got it with the larger wheels which are awesome too. Only thing I would think about upgrading are the truck bushings. I'm a light weight guy and they even felt too loose for me. I got speed wobbles at top speed so I tightened them up. Took a bit of adjusting to get to a happy compromise of slow steering and no speed wobbles. But I love this thing!
Its awesome, the way it rides is incredible, sadly couldn't get the larger battery one, but overall great fun, especially in the winter. I sit down on the board and go tokyo drifting when theres ice or a bit of snow! Great fun year round!
It is My second board with Wowgo. I like the products and I give a perfect note for the online buying experience. Total respect for this company.

The board is now quite old and it works like the first day (since about 4 years with the same battery). It is very practical because I can go with it to the shops, so there is no theft risk (not like with a bicycle...)
The board can go very fast but it still stable enough.
The customer service helped me also very good to get a new part.
I just miss the option to place a mudguard...
After roĺling long time with the bord, some pièce are using. It was very satisfy to have this possibility to get pieces for replace the one use
Great board, yeah could nitpick but why. I felt like I got my money's worth within the first month and a year later I still feel that's its the dopest purchase I've ever made.
Sensational! Quick delivery, and it's my second Wowgo, and I highly recommend the whole experience, so much fun, and I'm 64 years young
I like the battery pack, the renewable sleeves on hubs, the trucks and all that build with quality on mind.

Pretty cool, it still expenseive if u need to change just a piece of your board but still fun
Very nice board, insane worth for the price. Went in the rainy, cold, dirty roads with it and the engines still run very well
Great fun. Trucks have loosened over time making the board even more fun.
My kids still ride it we bought it over several years ago and it is still very operational and seem to maybe outgrow them and give to grand kids.
Nice equipment for the price.
