I ordered on 11/17/2020 and a week later still had no tracking information, so I emailed Mark who said I'd be receiving it later that day or the next. I NEVER got it I ordered 11 or so mini liquors to put in an advent calender, so when I still had no information by 12/01/20 I called but was told to cancel by email. I did but of course no one got back to me or confirmed this. When I got the package, a few days shy of 1 month later, I called again and explained how no one gets back to me and I needed a return label. I was then informed that there is a non-refundable stocking fee and neither original shipping or return shipping is paid for. I asked the lady to please waive the fees since I cancelled in plenty of time and was never given tracking info or expected date of arrival. What a suprise that I didn't hear back since, I will either cancel with my CC company or give them to someone at Christmas. Piss me off! What a racket!
