This company sucks. I placed an order on November 20. Tracked it through DHL. They claimed it was delivered Nov 26. With a signature. It was delivered at a different address. Now, I've been going back and forth with WorldSim and DHL for whole month with no solution. It is now Dec 26th They claim, both WorldSim and DHL are investigating what happened. I'm leaving for Asia in a week. With no wifi hotspot. I finally asked for a refund... WorldSim told me they'll get back to me. By the way, they've said they'll get to me each time. They never did. I had to initiate contact every couple of days. Everytime, they said they'll investigate
