World Hyundai happened to be our second stop of the day. We have been wanting a new vehicle for quite sometime and knew that there was a good chance we wouldn't be walking away with a vehicle today. Upon walking up to the dealership we were greeted with with a smile and a handshake from William. Little did we know that we would be spending most of our Saturday with William and the wonderful staff of World Hyundai. I'm not going to lie the beginning was quite stressful. We were not prepared to go through a soft credit check and it was putting a damper on our Saturday having to sit through it. Once that was finally done the fun started of looking at vehicles. They really try to figure out what you want and hone in on the perfect vehicle. Of course, we were just starting to look and weren't entirely sure what we wanted. William stood by and hung tough through it all. We finally fell in love with a vehicle and William, Mike and Louie all made it possible for us to leave with it that day! I highly suggest coming to World Hyundai before ever purchasing a vehicle. Now we can say the whole family are Hyundai owners!

I wish I could rate 0 stars. A bunch of liars work there. They lie, like any credit is accepted and there is no money down. They have you sitting for hours, pretending to get your approval. Read the negative reviews on Google, please. They will tell you that you're approved and that all credit has been accepted. No money down, and they have you sitting for hours while they run the game on five other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before I went in. Type in their name on Google. Look at the reviews, then. Scroll down and look under Lowest Reviews. I wish I had done a Google search before I went to these lying, uncaring people. Free oil changes take hours to do. How can these people sleep at night? They get you there with false promises and lies. And praying that you will fall in love with the vehicle. Have you sitting there for hours telling you that you were approved? They are trying to get you the lowest rate and a better deal. Do yourself a favor. Don't let these people check your credit and waste credit points. The only way you will get a vehicle out of here is if you have excellent credit or almost excellent credit with a big down payment. What they are doing should be against the law and stopped. They are going to trick and play around with the wrong person, and they won't like the results. No finance company or car advertising sites should deal with this company or refer people to buy vehicles here, and I came in with Real check stubs and documents. They say no co-sign is needed. The biggest liars are the lady who lied to get me to come in, and the salespeople are Louis and Brandon.
