Great experience, got the apron I ordered the next day, nicely packed, and even got some bonus candy in there. Definitely going to use working class heroes again when I've got a bit of scratch going spare.
Excellent speedy all round service
I can't be sure but I feel that I am not one of Working Class Heroes normal customers. I'm an older bloke with a passion for hill walking/trekking. The only reason I bought my Patagonia lightweight jacket from them after studying reviews about it in walking magazines was because, after searching online, it was almost half the price being charged by the specialist walking gear shops - that in itself was enough reason to deal with them. However, everything else about the shopping experience with Working Class Heroes was excellent - that's why I put five stars next to every category. In their introductory letter they said light heartedly (I think) that they need the custom as they wouldn't survive in real jobs. I disagree, given the professional way they dealt with my order I think they would prosper very well.
Sometimes the website can be hard to use. However, there are no arguments on the quality and price of products available - very good.

A superb experience once again shopping with Working Class Heroes, my Patagonia Torrentshell rain jacket was at a bargain price and delivered in double quick time. Would always recommend dealing with them and you also build up points towards money off your next purchase. Having had a terrible all round online shopping experience with a certain very well known Manchester store recently, WCH has restored my faith in independent retailers

I purchased a Patagonia Torrentshell Waterproof Jacket - Black at an amazing price. Navigating around the website and making the purchase was an absolute breeze. Being so competitively priced, I chose to pay extra for the next day DPD Premium Next Day Tracked delivery - which I was able to track as soon as my order was dispatched.
Overall - An excellent experience and very pleased with purchase.
