This "business" seems to be a scam. They are quick to take your $ but never send the purchased product, never respond to inquiries, have no working phone number and totally ghost any attempts to contact. Whomever is in charge is of questionable repute and integrity.
I bought this as an Xmas gift for my best friend who recently got into CrossFit. The dice arrived super fast, and even came with a personalized thank you note! She absolutely loved it and has been having fun seeing what kind of workout she's about to roll for herself.
Ordered a set of dice November 6th. Received confirmation and my charge card was charged (and the number stolen?!?). Emailed the seller (woddice.com). Have not received any response. Have emailed three subsequent times with NO reply. Still no product, no offer of replacement, no refund.

I ordered a set of dice. No idea where my order is, no response on email or per phone. No tracking info or number is given and the website is saying the order has been placed, but nothing else. This has been carrying on for almost 3 weeks now.
Apart from a confirmation email For the order I am waiting to receive a delivery date! This is something I would have expected straight away. When I try to track my shipment it hasn't moved in the last week so I am unsure what is going on.

I like the for multiple reasons. 1) I cherry pick workouts so if I'm not going to my box then I use these to come up with a workout so I don't pick only my strengths and never work on weaknesses. 2) it's hard to be creative for every single workout you build for yourself.
The only con is that there are limited movements. But obviously these dice aren't the law of god. If you want to do burpee box step overs but you rolled KB swings, then just do the box stepovers.
I received my order promptly and in good condition. I did not find a cheaper price anywhere else and shipping was free. My order even came with a personalized note! I will definitely order from WODDice again!

I ordered the dice and after a five days I had not gotten a shipping confirmation, so I tried to contact them and its been 2 days and no response and still no shipping confirmation. Will not be ordering from this website again and am trying to cancel my order.

I placed order and paid for dice 3 weeks ago. Tried to track status via ‘shop' app but no updates other than my order was placed. Very frustrating. Despite emailing to enquire I have heard nothing
Ordered about 10 days ago still got here in time for Christmas and they're were a perfect gift and look great will be using them for the first roll tomorrow
So glad they got there in time! Be sure and roll the dice against rubber flooring, carpet or cloth to help keep them in good shape. A little TLC and one set will last several lifetimes! :)
Is there any cooler way to have your workout?
Shipping was fast and there were no problems at all. It took around ten days to get to Finland.

While we haven't used our dice (kids model) yet, as its a Christmas present, my experience ordering from those company was amazing. They responded to my online question within minutes, immediately resolved my question, and wrote me back to let me know that they received my completed order. Shipped same day and I received it very quickly. Excellent customer service!

I bought these for my husband as a gift. They arrived very quickly. He loves them and uses them for his workouts frequently. Very handy for those who sometimes want a little something different than their regular routine or can't make a decision on what exercises to do.
I tried to order these from Amazon but they sold out so I ordered directly from their site, the week of Christmas. My package arrived a day earlier than expected and my dad loves his gift! He is enjoying a new way to do the workouts he loves.
I never return items even when damaged but I had recently and wrongfully written a 1 star review due to my disappointment in a damaged product. I was unexpectedly shocked and thrilled when I received an email stating that a replacement was on the way. I am not use to such service and therefore would highly recommend Woddice. Customer Service is definitely their STRONG point which is rare. Thank you for your prompt service. I highly recommend WODDice!
So far, my crew and I love these dice! It's fun anticipating what comes up! And definitely brings a new atmosphere to the room. There are a few things we can't do (no row machines or air dyne bikes) but we just re-roll to see what pops up! Can't wait to try these out with my students as well (in moderation due to equipment and space).
My order is " still on it's way" I hope so! I live in Switzerland. I totally understand that the shipping can take few more days since it's not next door. I ve been tracking it for few days now. It's in Los Angeles since April 15. I hope to receive it
The delivered products were great, just as advertised. However, the delivery took almost 3 weeks. As the order was for a gift it would have been nice to have a warning how much time it would take.
Hi Nevena, we are so happy your order arrived! This was our first time shipping to Bulgaria from the US. Our experience is 10-14 days transit time to Europe, but it seems that moving a package through Bulgaria Customs takes just a bit longer. That's good to know. Customs is different for every international destination, and sometimes the same destination takes different transit times. We sure do wish we had power over that, and we appreciate that this was a gift. If you had sent us a note asking about transit time we would still have said 10-14 days since that's been our experience. We are glad you like our products, and we hope you will consider our products again in the future.
The wooddice arrived in great conditIon. It is a fun alternative for when you want a workout and are too tired to think up of one for yourself. We wish it had come with instructions on how to use the 3 dice, though by googling it we found a video for the 6 dice and were able to figure it out. Very entertaining product and great for surprising workouts.
