My bridesmaid ordered her dress well in advance and everything seemed great. WE WERE WRONG. This dress looks like a first-year student made it. There is so much plastic in the bust I thought they forgot to remove the mannequin. The shoulder straps are so long you think they made it for a linebacker. When she asked for a return she was told no despite the website claiming a 100% return policy. It will now cost MORE than the dress for her to have it repaired in time for the wedding.
So far this is just one bridesmaid the other won't get her dress until next week. I wish she could cancel her dress and get a full refund before we see another hack job that needs repair.

Site says 3 days right of return... reached out same day I received it and was told that I would get back $40 of the almost $300 I spent AND I'd have to pay for shipping!
It's sites like these thst make you lose trust in ordering online!
I order a dress February 6 my dress was supposed to be here February 17 I email them nobody has responded to me never again I believe they are scams
