Placed order on 8/9 and was told it would ship the following week. It's now 9/16 and the latest update is: a part is on back order from the manufacturer and is scheduled for shipping on 9/19. Thankfully I didn't NEED this item.
Note: the customer service reps have been very polite, accommodating and reassuring. But I'm definitely losing my patience with this company.
You need to know that I am a paraplegic (since 1989) and I have been ordering catheters and supplies all these years from different places until I discovered you guys on the internet a couple years ago. You guys are absolutely the best place I have ever used

I ordered a TumbleForms corner chair for our son with cerebral palsy. I placed the order on 12/15. I had waited until the last minute, but wanted it in time for Christmas--actually, needed it in time for Christmas vacation. We were leaving on 12/21 for the NC mountains and wanted my son to have it for the whole time we'd be up there. The chair arrived on 12/20! INCREDIBLE! Not only was shipping lightning fast, I didn't have to pay extra for fast shipment, like most companies do (nickel and dime you to death). I was impressed--very impressed. That type of therapy equipment is very expensive and WisdomKing offered it for the lowest price, and most reasonable shipping rate.
Not interesting anymore. No persons doing business. No traffic. Always boring. I taught I was going to see nice stuffs but no one is here to give nice stuffs. I don't like business Idea here. It's too poor
