I've used this product in the past and was much more satisfied with it at that time than I am now. However, MIKE HOOVER with customer service was very helpful and courteous. This type of customer service was not available when I used it before so that is a definite plus. I wish there was a 4.5 because I received better than "decent treatment" but I'm not sure I would give the product as high of a mark as Mike.

I love the software, I love the features, I love this company but i had a small problem over the weekend and they never responded, am from singapore the company is located in USA, maybe the time zone was a bit different, to me, they need o have a team of customer service managers over the weekend, anyway one more time, I love your service, but on the customer service part, I will give you 3 star review

Am giving 3star because their customer support team kept me waiting like 30 minutes giving excuses after excuses, they need to fire harry haston who was one of their customer rep, otherwise, they helped me and am ok with them and the software

They are much better than other apps in terms of usage,I will highly recommended them.they are the best in terms of customer services and ease of installtion of the app.

They were able to resolve all my issues and therefore i hav no compalin at all, thank you so much and God bless you

I am a nigerian in china, this spy software currently not working in china and i contacted their customer support who told me the same, I never read this information on their website and am quite sad about it.

There is no doubt that Wintego spy is a good monitoring software. Parents can use this application to watch what their children are doing and where they are. The best part about this program, for me personally, is that I can monitor calls, emails and IM application usage. This means that I do not have to worry so much about my kids since I can intercept their activities on their phone without being noticed, any time I like.

Drug addiction is something a parent would never want to wish on their kids. That is why when I suspected my son was using, I installed Wintego spy in his smartphone in order to get first hand information. Thanks to this app, I found out that he was using marijuana and I was able to stop it before it got any worse.

You know what, right now, i can easily turn my android phone to a gps tracking unit, that is the feature i loved the most, i use it to track my kids and most of my business assets more easily without worrying, technology is moving places and m so happy with the service, thank you wintego software

I came here to post my review after buying this software for business purpose, I had the problem installing the software but customer service team were there to help me do everything from the start to the last, I thank god for finding such a good software online, I will always recomend this product to my friends and to anybody else who needs it. I was so worried for my younger brother's whereabouts as he recently bought a bike for himself, but the GPS locator facility in this system is so useful that I can always keep a track on him whenever he is out for driving. This app makes me feel that i am always there for him if he is ever in trouble.

Let me tell you that: this app is fa-bu-lous! My teenage daughter just got her driver's license and of course she wants to hang out with her friends driving around town.
I was scared to death that something could happen and I was not able to help, so I installed Wintego spy on her IPhone and use it as a GPS tracker. At least now I know where she is every single moment and if I feel much more relaxed. Thanks Wintego spy!
