I needed to find the serial numbers for 2 LaserJet M4555 MFP multi-function devices. I called your main number, eventually talking to two different men. They were not able to help me, which was fine, so I asked for a number where someone who could answer my questions would be and I was given *******531 but one of the same men answered that line as well. I was cut off numerous times. I know they had caller ID because eventually, when they picked up, they immediately referred to me by name. I had difficulty understanding some of what they said, which I know can happen, but neither seemed very patient. I will try another website.
