Habe schon mal eine entsprechende Kritik geschrieben und warte seit Wochen auf die Auszahlung meines Restguthabens. Nach unschön en Diskussionen über meine Weigerung, mehr Geld bei den Herrschaften zu investieren, wurde ich einfach abgehängt und der Kontakt abgebrochen. Kein Telefon, keine Mail, alles tot und mein restliches Guthaben dürfte auch abzuschreiben sein.
Da ich mich nur mit dem Mindestbetrag von 250 € beteiligt habe, wurde ich mehrfach schriftlich und telefonisch angesprochen und schlussendlich bedrängt, mehr zu investieren und mehrfach aufgefordert, meine Gründe für mein "Mini"-Engagement zu erklären. Auf die Spitze getrieben hat es vor wenigen Minuten der letzte Mitarbeiter der Firma, der zum einem erklärte, dass mich mein bisheriger Betreuer "aussortiert" habe und auf mein Nachfragen, ob er meine Kündigungsmail nicht bekommen hätte, mir permanent dazwischenredete. Ich habe dann energisch versucht, klarzumachen, dass ich Kunde sei und bestimme, was zu geschehen habe, wurde ich belehrt, dass ich ein unmöglicher Mensch ohne Manieren, frech usw. Usw. Sei. Ich habe das Gespräch abgebrochen, da ich mir von einem Kundenberater einer angeblich seriösen Brokerfirma derartiges nicht gefallen lassen muss.
Dazu habe ich festgestellt, dass die Mailadresse meines Erstberaters, die am 10.07.24 noch funktioniert hat, nicht mehr empfangsbereit ist, Mails kommen als unzustellbar zurück.
Desweiteren warte ich seit 22.0724 auf eine angeforderte Auszahlung aus meinem Guthaben, die bis heute noch nicht eingegangen ist. Für heutige Bankgepflogenheiten eher ungewöhnlich, um mal vorsichtig zu formulieren.
Fazit: Die Firma ist für mich unseriös, das Verhalten entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was ich aus der Branche als üblich kenne, Ratschlag, trotz schönem Internetauftritt bitte Finger weg.
