"I had problems with initially trying to install. Most of the trouble was with Microsoft, not the reseller. My new Mac mini would not recognize one of the files. I contacted winprosoft.com today and the problem was resolved quickly. I am once again a happy computer user. The need was desperate as I was unable to get to old records with my new computer. Am able to work now. Thank you!"

I purchased Office 2021 for a Mac. Along with the upgraded software, included a complete detailed set of instructions. Without the instructions the downloading would have been difficult. It made the downloading of the software very easy. Thank you
