I ordered 2 collars
For my dogs for $40. They did nothing so I went to return them. They said I couldn't return an opened product. How the hell would I know they didn't work unopened? Filed complaint with the BBB (they didn't respond, surprise). They got tired of my emails and sent me a $13 refund. Total
Scam don't order from these people. Ever.

Purchased two natural anti flea and tick collars for $50.95 and recieved a weird confirmation email with misspellings and off phrases clearly indicating that the company wasn't based in the US even though they market that they are MADE in the US. I assumed I was scammed but waited to see if I'd receive it.I recieved them almost two weeks later, have followed directions and kept my dog out of water and they do not work. Surprise. Requested a refund and was told to ship them back out of pocket and I would get a 50% return on the one that was used. No clear directions, just given a return address. They know people are going to return their faulty product and their return policy states there is no guarantee on a refund after you ship them back. This is 100% a scam! I asked customer service to confirm I would receive a refund and have not heard back since. Customer service will no longer reply to my messages, they are either purposefully dragging out the return so I miss the deadline to ship back, or they simply have no intention of refunding to begin with. FTC protects consumers and the federal Lanham act allows civil lawsuits - but will someone really pay MORE out of pocket just to go after these guys? No and they bank on that. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be scammed
