I order from WS several times a year. I have ordered just about everything they offer. I order croissants for Christmas morning each and every year. They are always good quality and turn out great. In the past when I've had issues with orders, they have taken care of me right away and always in a satisfactory manner. I like doing business with companies who treat their customers with value. That is why I remain loyal to them.
Purchased a meat grinder at 229 immediately saw it at Amazon for 159.98. Called to cancel order was told it was a vendor item and they could not cancel it, less than 5 minutes after I ordered it. Then asked for price match was told they don't price match Amazon rep told me I have to wait for it then return it. Called back today after looking at price match policy per said the do price match Amazon but you have to email the first to get it approved before you buy. Would not even offer a token reduction. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Think twice before ordering from them, they get your money and leave you to fend for yourself. I was a loyal customer, but no more
I don't know if the items they are selling are just cheap quality or if it is the company itself which doesn't even check the conditions of the items they are selling, but the tea box we received was in awful conditions, probably it was a return and they probably sent it to us because we had never bought from them before, so for them we were just second or third class customers. I would recommend you not to buy from a company which treats first time costumers as third class customers. Please note we did some fixing of the lid, which originally did not fit and where you could even see the nails, when we opened the box the item was in much worse conditions than it looks in the pictures
This machine is a coffee-lover's dream. It brews a perfect cup every time with just a push of a button, and the cleanup is a breeze. The only downside? The pods are a bit pricey and only available from Nespresso. Ordering from Williams-Sonoma was smooth, and my product arrived well-packaged and ahead of schedule.
I purchased a floor mat at WS on line and a few hours later cancelled the order and was told I could not cancel // but I never received the item or anything anyway -/ had to call them five times and by law you have 24 hours to change your mind even if this weren't a truly abusive retail attitude —
