Super disappointed in my purchase. They show pictures of the real thing but make knock offs to send customers. Really bad communication, I almost called my credit card company to dispute the charge because it took so long for them to even confirm my order was being processed or get an expected delivery date.

For $200 (a 'one day only' sale and a $20 online coupon code), it's hard to deny that I received a 'shearling leather' jacket. However, based on the extensive explanation of their quality leathers and inspection process, I gambled that perhaps they were being honest. Sadly, they were not. The first issue was that I didn't even receive the correct jacket. Yes, it was 'leather shearling', but it was not the style I ordered. The second issue is that the leather is clearly a bonded leather and a very cheap one at that. The third and final problem is that the 'shearling' lining feels more like fiberglass insulation.
All of the straps and closures are made of flimsy faux leather and the zipper USUALLY zips…
I'd call this a 20 footer, because at that distance it looks quite nice. Just don't look too closely and you'll be satisfied and again, for $200, what can you expect?!

I had some questions about my order and received a very quick response and great customer service. They resolved my concerns to my satisfaction.

Jacket purchase
I give this site zero (0) stars if possible, this site is the definition of shady. I ordered a jacket from California U.S. (Order #*******) back in Feb. 2022 for $119, and only received the jacket in March, and was not as pictured at all, contacted WilliamsJacket customer service about issuing a refund and getting a return label and then the show began. Said they would not pay for a return label, I had to cover it, mind you this came internationally from Pakistan, as I let them know shipping the jacket back internationally to them would cost me $159 so it was out of the question. They responded to keep the jacket and get 50% refunded ($60 of the $119 I paid) as long as I wrote a positive review on this very site Trustpilot.com. I cut my losses and wrote the review, they even suggested what to put in the review which I did. 2 days later I was given half my money back. So now I am sharing my actual review cause holding my full refund hostage and baiting me and taking half my money under false pretenses is not okay. So do not buy anything from here.

I tried it on, The sleeve are so small, I cannot wear it. I have emailed, no response. I have seen others say they have done the same with the same result. Fact is they wait until their self-imposed return policy has expired and then say they didn't get it. The Jacket is total $#*!, and does not resemble the original, don't Avoid, Completely Ignore. Waste of money.

My coat arrived is was horribly made I sent an email to send coat back haven't heard from this company wish I read the reviews. It looks like a bathrobe and the material is just god awful don't waste your money on this company

I rate William Jacket 5/5 stars as they fulfill my order for Ted Lasso Jacket. The quality and fabric of the jacket is just perfect. The customer care is nice and they provided me the exact measurements as I ordered.

I purchased a jacket from William Jacket. The item was delivered and the quality was OK. It was shipped from Pakistan and arrived quickly. While marked an XL it was at best a medium. I could barley get my arms through the sleeves. I contacted the company. They promptly told me it was not their fault. I had to ship this back to Pakistan and there would be a 20% restocking fee. I left some reviews and I received a bunch of emails that they would refund my money if I would give them a 5 star rating…otherwise no help.

I have read about these zippers that they use in their jackets, and I must tell you, they are very, very strong. Search up YKK and you'll come to know why they are the best in zip suppliers. The jacket's front has a smooth closing. Yes! On the logo's area, the zip does get a bit rough to pull up, but that's a good thing. The logo looks better with the little space between it. It is a durable jacket for sure!
