Sent the wrong product. After several messages to company I received my order refund. Not a company I would order again.

They shipped us the wrong size sweatshirt (there is actually no size on the garment but it clearly isn't a men's large). It was a Christmas present that remained wrapped under our tree until Christmas morning and they refuse to exchange it because we are outside the return window. The product is cheap garbage and the company is completely unresponsive, we had to call our credit card company and reverse the transaction. I suggest you read their website prior to purchase, there are grammatical errors which are a huge red flag that it isn't legit, I just wish I would've caught it before our purchase. Save yourself the hassle, STAY AWAY.

I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas that was advertised on their website as a Flint and Tinder Waxed Trucker Jacket. I paid a little over $130 I believe. When I received the jacket, it wasn't a Flint and Tinder Waxed jacket. It was some cheap mock up that didn't even have a tag on it and wasn't waxed. It looked like someone in Packistan made it in a sweat shop. Well guess what? That's because, that's exactly where it was made. When I asked to return it, they told me to send them a picture, which I did. Then they responded that they'd accept my return but that I'd have to pay for shipping. Shipping it to Pakistan I was told, would cost me $70.00. Do not purchase from them!

I purchased a jacket as a gift and it looked nothing like the picture on the site. Where there was supposed to be embroidery, there were patches that were not sewn on well. Williams agreed to take the jacket back but wanted me to pay for shipping which was half the price of the item as this company operates out of Pakistan. Avoid this company, the quality is horrible.

I ordered a jacket from this company on December 7. It is now December 19, and it has not shipped yet, nor can they confirm when it will ship. Because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I emailed them today to cancel the order. They are now refusing to refund my money until I agree to a 15% cancellation fee. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT OPERATE AS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS.

The item they sent me looks nothing like the pictures and they want me to pay $70 to return their garbage to pakistan. Filing a chargeback now stay away from these idiots.

This company will scam you out of your money. Their products are knock offs and they are based in PAKISTAN, NOT USA. I wrote them for a return label, bc what I ordered was NOT satisfactory, nor was the size correct and they demanded a photo of the item (Who does that?). Then they said to ship to an address in Pakistan. Shipping to that country costs $50! After emailing back and forth for a week, these were some of the responses I received from them. "Write a positive review, then we'll partially refund you." "What then? Return the item if you don't like it." IF you want a world of stress and lost money for $#*! product that smells and is coated with dust from some desert warehouse in Pakistan then go ahead and order from this scamming piece of $#*! company. THERE IS A REASON why you cannot write reviews directly on their website. Also, they use WHATSAPP as a contact #? That should already be a red flag. Learn from my mistake, STAY AWAY FROM THIS $#*! COMPANY.

Great quality and a fantastic jacket! My boyfriend loves it. He's 5'10 150 pounds and the medium fits him well. It's snug but just needs to be broken in. The sleeve length is perfect. Was impressed by the customer service and prompt delivery.

I bought the Major Nelson costume from this company. The costume I received was not the same as the online image from which I purchased. It did not have the US lapel pins, the buttons were gold, not silver, and the color was completely different. When I asked for a refund, they want me to pay the shipping costs all the way back to PAKISTAN! Watch out for this company. Do not buy!

Waited a month to receive 2 sweatshirts that arrived ragged, dirty and complete wrong size. Also product is a knockoff and NOT as represented on the website. Finally, although I have made multiple requests via email for a refund the company has completely ghosted me.

- the size I received is not the same than the one I have order
- the collar shape is not the same
- the shape of the coat is not the same: I received a straight cut coat instead of trapeze cut
- button are not the same color and smaller than in the original pattern
- the seams are visible
- there are 2 gray stains on the fabric.
They advertise themselves self as being a trusted brand, from what I can experience it is not true.
They offered me to return the coat in order to receive the refund (and change my review to a 5 star review) and I returned it in May.
After more than 30 emails I received a refund of 131,18 EUR after I sent the coat back and provided several times with shipping number and shipping information. I have lost 66,41 EUR in this order consisting in the several shipping costs and fees in order to ship the order back to Pakistan. My advice remains the same, do not to order from that company.

What we ordered was not even close to what we received. "Easy" return is a fraud, they want you to send it back to Pakistan at your own cost, and still want to keep 20%.

They returned one email and then stopped the conversation, they clearly are used to making fraudulent money.

Please don't make the same mistake I (and many others) have made! This site is a complete scam! They're not based out of Canada for one- they're in Pakistan so good luck trying to get someone to answer you and resolve your issue! I read his reviews too late and saw he has scammed so many people out of a lot of money and doesn't send them their products. Mind you their products are also atrociously cheaply made knock offs that you wouldn't buy at Walmart or the dollar store much less over $100 and more! The material is absolute crap! I was so stupid not to request the entire refund all together at once but after reading his reviews, I didn't want to chance it and needed him to cancel my second order. Huge mistake! I've been put through hell every day with this scam artist! He has said so many lies I don't know what his story is anymore. PayPal is on it though so I trust it will get resolved with them before the 20th but this evil weasel doesn't want to refund the other $149 which comes to the total of $298. The item has been canceled but no refund has been issued. I was refunded April 9th for one payment of $149 for the 1st coat, but he agreed yesterday to cancel the second coat and it's now April 10th and he has still not refunded my other $149. I will never ever buy from sites like these! They're all scam artists! Do not order from them!

Quality of product is not well worth the money they charge you. The customer service is even worse they're not even in the United States or in Pakistan to return anything cost you anywhere from $100-$200 I would not recommend any products from this company if you want a good jacket, go somewhere else

I ordered a Cowboys jacket on March 4th and I got it yesterday and I tried it on and it doesn't fit. Is there a way that I can return it to get my money back?

I received a jacket from this company Monday Feb 20 and it was not right size. I ordered wrong size. Tried several times to return. Needed shipping label to send back. This company has a lousy customer service dept. So I'm out 1
$179 and really just struck with this jacket that I can't wear. I should of checked other reviews. A rating just over two isn't all good. If I could give no stars I would. Already contacted BBB.
