I have learned my lesson from buying wigs off of websites that are not familiar or recommended from someone. I ordered two wigs, one was the opposite of what I ordered but looked decent. The other one was supposed to be a braid wig, but what I received was not even a wig, but a string holding a few braids together. I could not believe my eyes. When I emailed someone in customer support, their response was " This is not ordered from our company." That did not deserve a response and there was no name attached to the response!

Highly advised, do not spend your money buying from this seller. Their prices are indeed too good to be true. They send items different to what is ordered. I ordered 2 full cornrow braided wigs. I was sent strands of different braided hair only. I also ordered a full lace wig. And was sent a non full lace wig.
What is most alarming is that PayPal allows these fraudsters use their service. It is really most unfair. They give an option of a full refund qhen items are returned because they it will cost the buyer more to return the products.

I ORDERED A WIG, THEY SAID 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS COMING FROM CALIFORNIA ONLY TO HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH AND RECIEVE A FEW STRANDS OF HAIR THAT I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH. THIS IS A DISGRACE HOW YOU CAN STEAL MONEY FROM OTHERS AND NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT IT. JUST KNOW I HAVE LEARNED A HUGE LESSON ABOUT ORDERING WHAT SUPPOSED TO LOOK DECENT FROM BULL$#*! AS VENDORS SUCH AS YOURSELF. JUST RIDICULOUS HOW YOU ALL ARE AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...
