The wigs are good quality and never failed me: they have an instagram page where also other cosplayers and wig users share their looks and they are all accurate to my experience. I own three wigs from this company and I'm about to get two more

Hi, sadly I had a terrible experience with this shop in general.
1. My wig that I ordered didn't even remotely look like the one the pictures.

2. It was way too big and the feature that you can change the size didn't work either.

3. When I tried to return it, the shop didn't send me the return file, without which you can't return items (they didn't answer any emails). And I haven't even gotten my money back. Not even when I ordered PayPal to help me. Finally I could at least send I back, but I still don't have my money back after various emails. > (

I was so exited when I ordered my wig and now its nothing but stress and anger. P

Lease think twice if you buy it.

It is also made and shipped from China. And you have to ship it back to China, which is everything else but cheap and easy. I had to pay extra because the shop doesn't pay for the shipment back.

So all in all I had to pay extra to get rid of the wig that didn't fit and didn't look like the pictures.

They knew their wigs were flawed but didn't have it stated on their site. The "light" coloured wigs (blondes, pinks,) are so thin you can see the lace in patches no matter how hard you try to comb it. I thought I would get buyer protection from paypal but nope because the company doesn't state on their site that they are based in China and you have to return it all the way to China which is 10X more expensive than what I bought off the site. They were not willing to refund me, or replace the bad wigs with better ones. They knew I couldn't afford to ship all the way to China, and they knew their wigs were bad, and just waited it out until there was nothing I could do.
Worse than dollar store wigs... the only good one was the purple one.
DO NOT BUY! You will be sorry if something goes wrong because Paypal won't protect you, and the company will not resolve it or refund you.
They only leave good reviews. I have tried to post my bad stars for the pink wig I got with pictures, and a day later it was removed. They will not allow anything negative on their site. Big scammers.

I've ordered several wigs from them and they are consistently quality for the price. I think they have "sales" going on constantly, so for the most part none of the sales are really a discount, just the base price.

I really like the textures of the wigs, very soft and clean. So far the wigs don't tangle or shed too much and I've been wearing them fairly regularly for a few months. Haven't had issues with bangs or lace front (tried to attach pictures of each but I'm not sure how many will show). I have a hard time getting curlier styles to sit right - not sure if it's my ability to style or the wigs, but I LOVE all of my straight or wavy wigs.

It's been over a month and I still haven't recieved my order I've talked to the company asking for my money back and nothing.

I ordered a wig and it took 1 month to get her from CHINA. It was terrible. It was way too large, the color was odd and a ton of hair to where it didn't look natural at all. I tried to send it back and they wouldn't allow it. I paid $130 and they offered me $15 after trying to get me to keep it and buy another one for $40, instead of allowing a return. Finally Paypal settled with me and I did ship it back at a cost of $64.00. They are crooks.

Beware it's a rip off. This company would not let me cancel my order after 12 hours they said it was being processed. I received the order 4 weeks later, and the wigs were to small and they gave me a hard time trying to return them. Do not order wigs from here.

I was quite hesitant about ordering from this website at first, as you never know how the quality of the products you're ordering from China is going to be. However, this site completely exceeded my expectations.

I ordered my first wig from WIF a couple months ago. It is a long, curly, light blonde wig (the code was LF101). I couldn't believe the quality of the wig for the price -- it was about $100. The hair doesn't fall out, it looks real, and I got tons of compliments on my "hair" when I wore it to a party. The clips inside the wig cap secure it very well, and it didn't itch or annoy me at all. I also love how real the lace fronts look.

Since then, I've ordered five wigs from them and am always happy. Most recently, I ordered a wig but changed my mind about the style I wanted four days after I'd ordered it. I e-mailed customer service asking if I could have a different one sent out instead. They replied within 45 minutes and agreed to do this for me, even though my previous order had been ready to ship out that same day. Their customer service is fast and really goes above and beyond.

I get compliments on my "hair" every time I wear one of the wigs out and it's so much fun being able to change my hair length, style, and color whenever I want. The most recent wig I bought was style code LF371 and it looks and feels SO real. Again, the quality of these products for the low price is amazing, and shipping has always been FAST. Their loyalty points are also amazing!
