They delete honest reviews and keep only fake positive ones! I bought a wig from them, shipping took forever, but that was just the beginning of the nightmare. The wig is NOTHING like the photos – it sheds, looks cheap, and is absolutely not worth the money. But the worst part? Their return policy is a scam. I paid for shipping to receive it, but to return it, I have to pay for shipping AGAIN plus a 20% restocking fee! That means I'm left with only a $10 refund. What kind of company does that? And when I wrote an honest review about my experience, they simply deleted it. A company that hides bad reviews instead of fixing their mistakes is just a scam. If you value your time, money, and sanity – STAY AWAY from this shady business!
