Media vault is a decent product but it comes with absolutely zero support. Sure they have a support e-mail but not even a bot answers mail I have resquested support because I had to recover my windows PC and have lost everything I had in widsmob media vault was able to recover the app but over 200 files lost I have sent 4 e-mails to widsmob support over 3 weeks and not a single word from them if you actually want to keep your files do not use widsmob

You can't contact anyone from WidsMob and you are constantly referred to Self Support. I made a mistake registering by giving them a wrong email address and they took my money but I can't get the registration number because it was sent to a wrong email address which I can't access. There is no way to contact them and make this correction. So I'm our $45 dollars and there is nothing I can do about getting my money back or getting a registration numbers. Their Great Customer Service statement is a lie.
I like its face skin enhancement tools and portrait makeups. I can make my skin flawless by moving sliders quickly. In my family reunion photo, I can even retouch portraits with different effects one by one. Based on its price and function, I have to say that Portrait Pro is really nice.
