Web page was easy however, I wish I could have selected the fabric and seen it on the furniture to see how it looks. Interactive so that you can change the wicker color & fabric color.

Site was easy to use and I was surprised at the wide variety of fabric choices...CANT WAIT TO SEE MY NEW CUSHIONS!

Trucker did not call before delivery. Good thing I was home. Also, disappointed I couldn't order glass top for night stand seperately as I forgot to order it when I placed the order.

This was my first experience with your site and if the quality of the merchandise and the ease of delivery and set up match the excellence of your website ( look and function ), then y'all on the apex of my web shopping experiences. Shame I cannot find some high back rolling rattan dining chairs. I need four in antique white. Any suggestions of other sources that you trust which carry such items? I loved my White Wicker furniture by Lanai. I enjoyed the office staff as they were very helpful, friendly and professional. My furniture was received on time and everyone tells me how much they love it and want to know where I purchased it. It's very sturdy, comfortable and looks beautiful in my new sunroom.

The cushions are gorgeous and comfortable, and the quality is great. I had previously bought cushions from a well known home DIY store and they were worn out within one season...these will last a long time and always look wonderful. Very, VERY happy with my purchase.

We were very pleased with wickerparadise.com website. The swatches were accurate for choosing the fabric. The material was quality and treated to last a long time (which in my initial purchase from the Wicker Mfr we bought the furniture from was an additional cost-- and not here). The cushions fit perfectly and were delivered to our door by R&L Carriers. The man delivering couldn't have been more helpful and allowed me to open the very large boxes to ensure they were in good condition-- they were and it was like 'Christmas in July'. I strongly recommend your company and will utilize the next time we need to replace our cushions. Great prices and even better quality!

Ordered replacement ottoman cushions. They were impeccably made with quality fabric. I will most likely be ordering replacement seat and back cushions this year. I highly recommend.

ordered replacement cushions and they were beautiful, however a couple of the sunbrella fabric covers are falling apart and fraying...that is a bit of a disappointment, as they are washable, and did not hold up over time as I expected....

Finally found an outlet that had the correct size for our patio furniture. I had searched for over 2 years! I was so happy. Then I realized I had to choose the fabric for the cushions. I was concerned because my experience has been that the colors on the sites are not always the colors you receive. However, I was so pleased with my selection. The fabric matched our home and patio perfectly!! The cushions were a perfect fit. We have not had a single problem with them or with your company. I would highly recommend your service to our friends.

Ordered cushions for my patio set. I ordered them in a Sunbrella fabric & I am pleased to say that they are excellent quality & are very well made.

Product arrived faster than expected. Wicker stains were beautiful and through out entire piece. No bleeding of stains when placed in water. Very pleased with the product and will be ordering more in the future.

The cushions are great. They are attractive and one set is wearing well. They are used daily. Getting them was a bit of a trial. As I recall, the wait time was weeks longer than I expected with no information from the vendor. In the end, the cushions are very good.

I ordered several sizes/styles of cushions for my screened porch. I was a bit worried about ordering online, using only the measurements provided on the website. However, when we received the order, every cushion fit perfectly. The workmanship was outstanding and the materials are top-quality. I also requested on the order form for ties to be attached to the chaise cushion, to keep it in place. The description of the cushion on the website said that there were no ties. The chaise cushion arrived with the ties, as requested, and I was very appreciative of this attention to my request, at no additional charge. The cushions are beautiful and look great on our screened porch! All in all, ordering from this site was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate at all to order from them again, or to recommend them to others.

Order was exactly what I expected it to be, and fit my existing outdoor furniture set perfectly. Arrived in timely manner and cushions and fabric were a great quality.

The quality of the cushions themselves were fine. I was disappointed in the fabric quality. It faded after one season and for the money paid I didn't expect that.

Everything was perfect, the cushions are very thick and expensive looking, great colors, held up throughout the summer weather.

Found what I thought I wanted. Liked the way you linked the other items from that collection, because I decided to get the rocker instead of the chair.
