Wicker Paradise

I found just the right table for my porch. It's beautiful and very well made and looks perfect with my other wicker! Very sturdy and attractive! It was packed very carefully and arrived in a very reasonable amount of time.

These sofas are beautiful in my glassed-in den area. The honey colored sea grass is beautiful in color & texture. The frame is very sturdy. The company was very easy to answer all questions when ordering & sent fabric samples to help w/ my decision about the sofa cushions. I will definitely do business with them again.

One of the pieces I ordered arrived damaged. I called and spoke with the owner, who assured me it would be taken care of. I took a picture of the defect, and they sent a replacement part, which did not solve the problem. Ultimately, I spoke with the owner's daughter, who was delightful and arranged for a replacement chair to be shipped.

The cushions fit my wicker rockers perfectly. They are made of very high quality fabric for outdoor use. The construction is also very high quality. I had purchased some,other cushion from another company and they were very cheaply made. These cushions are 5" thick - very well padded. They look awesome on my chairs.

I just received the order I placed for the replacement cushions for the wicker sofa. I am extremely happy with the quality of this product.

This was fairly easy and I was so happy to find the discontinued Lloyd Flanders Casa Grande pieces I own here and on sale. I can hardly wait to use them this spring.

Website could be a little easier when you are ordering multiple types of cushions from a particular collection. Also nice if you could see the chair with the color you picked.

Not all replacement cushions have sizes listed. That would have been very helpful. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Ordering process is just fine. I called with a question about a color, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I received our cushions in about 3 weeks, and though we haven't yet put our porch back together for the upcoming season, everything looks great, and of very good quality. I had not realized how badly the filling in our old cushions had compressed until our new ones arrived. Can't wait for warmer weather so we can enjoy our new cushions! I would recommend Wicker Paradise.

So far so good. Easy to place order over the internet and you had what I was looking for and at a good price.

the first dresser was damaged on the top. I refused the shipment and Wicker Paradise sent a replacement. That dresser was damaged on the back, which I can live with. Both shipments were damaged by FEDEX. Wicker Paradise was very nice and very helpful. They even sent me a repair kit to touch up the dent on the back of the 2nd dresser. Will absolutely order from them again.

I ordered a complete set of cushions to go with my existing furniture. I deliberately ordered two solid blue fabrics for two of my three chases to coordinate with the blue print for everything else. But unfortunately they arrived in the same print. Not what I ordered.

It looks like you have exactywhat we like.I hope it looks that good when we receive.

This website is easy to browse and order on. Your prices, especially sale prices are comparable to others...free shipping and a cushion choice is a plus also. Waiting for fabric samples before ordering.

Customer service was very helpful, but failed to tell me that a fabric order was limited to 5 yards. I only wanted 2 yards.
Shopping was easy. When my order finally arrived it was the wrong fabric. They remade my complete order and reshipped within 2 weeks. Product seems quite excellent.
