Since I began using it, whoop has been amazing. Since the beginning of this year, I've lost so much of weight almost naturally and have improved my sleep by adding an hour to my actual sleep time each night. I can't recommend it enough.
I can't get enough of this product. Every day, I check my WHOOP several times. I use WHOOP to track my health metrics and sleep efficiency and occasionally find out if I'm going to get sick before I do. This is such a fantastic product, and the customer service has always been excellent.
I've been using the Whoop for almost 5 months, and I can honestly say that I've encountered no problems. I love that it automatically logs any activities without requiring me to press a start button because I am both a runner and a high school coach, both of which require me to do physical labor during the day.
