As a business owner, I'm very aware of customer service. I thought good service was almost a thing of the past until I ordered from Simple Home. I got a personalized email thanking me for the purchase, communication all the way through the transaction and my item arrived promptly in perfect condition! Mary has been a pleasure to deal with. This shop is awesome!
I ordered the prettiest Iron Flamingo as a secret sister gift. The product indicated "In Stock". I was so excited because I had ordered from another source which was "In Stock" but then advised they had underestimated popularity of the item and it was sold out. Then I found it on Simple Home Goodness and couldn't wait to receive it. Was in contact by email on shipping time and then was told that it was no longer in stock. Very very disappointed. Please do not state "In Stock" to customers unless there is one available to flag for that customer. Thank you.
I ordered an item and paid for two day shipping but did not get the item until 7 days. Will not order through them again.

I had seen a tree and loved it. Thought the one I ordered was the same, but it was not. I had viewed an acrylic tree {I think} and it was much prettier than the one I received. Mine was silver, which I thought meant the trim around it. I will keep it, but was disappointed.

I paid more in shipping than I paid for the item. Won't order from here again. The product was fine but had I'd known shipping fee I would have never ordered.
Our shipping fees are calculated by UPS and are based on dimensional weight and delivery zone. There's no upcharge or additional fees added. All shipping fees are shown prior to the customer finalizing their order.
I purchased from NJ a caddy of 6 glasses! They shipped out super quick, and it came packaged so well! They were fantastic to work with!
I ordered a paper towel holder that I thought was going to fit under my new kitchen cabinets. My cabinets had to be moved down which didn't leave me enough room for this item. I emailed requesting to cancel this order and received an email back immediately stating it was no problem. Also, when I placed the order I received an email at that time as well thanking me for the order. I will be looking on this site in the future to order from simply because of great customer service. It's a rare find in the world today.
I wanted a lantern and one company came to mind but it was textured and I wanted a pewter finish so I did a random Google search and Simple Home Goodness came up with the lantern and the best price. I forget about the social distancing and job cuts with the Coronavirus guidelines affecting business around the country, but they assured me that they would do their best in getting my order out asap. And they did.
This is a great shop, with awesome products and good prices. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

I received side table yesterday and love it! The only complaint I have is that I was offered a discount but didn't see it until I had already placed the order (it went to my junk mailbox).

With all orders a confirmation email is sent stating a 3-5 day order processing time. I did review your order and the confirmation was sent to the email address provided. Within 3 days your order was processed and shipped at which time you received another email with a tracking number. Your shipping choice was USPS priority mail. Their general delivery time frame is 1-3 days; however, that is not guaranteed and not in my control. They delivered your package on the 4th day.
I feel the processing time + shipping carrier time were well communicated.
