Went into Whataburger and was the only 2 people in line. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with 3 different employees walked by us and they never said a word to us about " be with you guys in a few minutes, nothing"
We have encountered too many to count bad experiences with them for the last 2 years. This was in Sherman,Tx.
Don't get me wrong, i like the food here. The only issue i have encountered are the cashiers. Better check your order before leaving to avoid ruining your night. I also would like to ask regarding your free whataburger? Is it really working or it's just to encourage good reviews? If it is then why your cashier doesn't seem to know it exist or maybe he just don't know how to do it.
Went to whataburger In clute Texas today. The manager had the door proped open she stated that cooperate is making her pressure wash the inside floor and it's 50 degrees outside people are coming in and out we are all at risk of getting sick and the food getting cold. The lobby should be shut down when things like this have to be done. I eat whataburger atleast 3x a week and now I am highly unsatisfied so more than likely won't be returning.
We have always loved Whataburger hamburgers but something has changed and the burgers are simply not as good as they used to be. In addition, the portions for the fries and onion rings is pitiful; when one pays $3.99 for onion rings and gets 4 rings in the order that's just not right. Since Jessica Hernandez took over the management of the ******* N. MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK Whataburger, the quality has suffered.
I was at whataburger in Tuscaloosa, Al on McFarland Blvd. Just about a hour ago I waited in line 25 minutes there was only 1 car ahead of me my food was cold and my drink was watered down I'll NEVER go back there again
I have been eating at Whataburger almost daily for the past few years, usually lunch or breakfast. Since ownership has changed hands, the quality is absolute garbage. I have wasted more money on COLD, limp, burgers, fries, and biscuits than I care to admit, HOPING it was just the location. NOPE, I just purchased, yet another, jalapeño biscuit breakfast meal that I had to throw away after ONE bite, because the biscuit was so limp,soggy, and gross, I'm sure it has been sitting there since they started serving breakfast last night. The sausage and hashbrowns were cold and grease soaked. Idk what is going on with this company now that it's been turned over to a Chicago owner, but it's clear that money is more important than quality now. I will not be returning to any Whataburger again. I've given it over a year to improve and it's just getting worse. It's literally no better than a McDonald's now and I stopped eating there 3 years ago. I can't tell you how disappointing this is because I used to choose them over In N Out, but I guess I'll have to make them my new burger joint.
There should not be cold food in my bag if I have to wait 30 minutes just to order and 25 minutes just to receive my food it's unacceptable and a total disgrace! I've been working at whataburger for a while now. I haven't had an issue with my paycheck since I started but until recently. The management staff, without prior notice, changed my pay method to these prepaid cards but the card system did not work properly. My payment for the week of 7/07/2023 was not received. Since that day, managers have been giving me the runaround with my check payment that week. Examples, I supposedly had 2 checks in the office and didn't, they were mailing me a check home and didn't, to they saying "they don't know what they can do." It is very discouraging for an employee like me who often take schedules to support the team, come in early and leave later than expected to not get the support I need to get a simple issue resolved. #whatateam #whatworkerswant #Store 1300 #whataview
My mother and I ordered burgers we have ordered before. I just wanted bbq sauce and bacon. There was jalapeños under my burger, so many that the bun was green. For $15 they could have tried to get it right. I can't eat hot food, I couldn't eat this burger. I ordered onion rings and got these weird limp onion shoe strings. My mother is in her 70s. Her sliders had the same issue, covered in jalapeños. She couldn't eat them. I was disappointed, I just wanted to eat before I went to work. $30 for a few burgers we couldn't eat. Never again!
Huge chunks of lettuce and onions. Both need to be thinly sliced! Too much mustard and no ketchup! Sliced tomatoes, pickles and toasted bun was fine!
My chicken sandwich had a piece of tough stringy chicken that was half the size of the bun. The bun was smashed and the lettuce snd tomato were soggy and looked very old. For the cost of six something plus tax the total was seven dollars even. I could have bought two baked chicken breasts at the grocery store. And I waited on the drive up for 18 minutes for this disappointing food.
I got there, decently early, knowing it was gonna take forever I get there. There were two cars in front of me. The person in front of me didn't get to pay for the food because no one showed up to the window. They drove off when I got the window it took someone 10 minutes for me to pay for my food, I waited in that line 30 minutes and there was only two cars in front of me. The drive-through service was horrible and things were missing from my order. And when I left, there was a line around the building will not be back.
Went inside to get a car order corrected. Was met with some of the worst customer service ever from a rude $#*! whose eyelashes looked like it was done by a blind toddler. Can't stand the attitudes. Stop hiring these simple $#*! young $#*!es with bad atrocious attitudes that don't want to work. Leave your personal issues at home.
So apparently I ordered a PLAIN BURGER, I specifically said "Just meat and cheese" out loud because my son was afraid that they would get the order wrong because it is so common at Whataburger. What I ordered was: Plain Burger, Med Fries, Coke. But I got a Plain Burger with a lot of mustard on top, no cheese either and I had to dig my fingers in the bread to get the onions out of the top, which completely ruined my family's meal I would not recommend as the service here is terrible and is just outright full of teenagers not actually caring about there just and just doing it for money.
I would give these mfs a 0 if i could! Ive always enjoyed whataburger since i was younger but recently they've been slipping and missing stuff in the bag. I just went to whataburger and they asked me 3 times if i ordered coke and i repeated a diet dr pepper 3 times. They put a meduim coke in my bag when i ordered a large meal, didnt even give me the ranch i had to pay for or the large onion rings i ordered. Its becoming ridiculous how much they've been messing up lately, last time i went they forgot a drink two fries and mixed all the orders up we didnt know what was what. I really like whataburger i think the burgers are definitely worth the price but not that kinda service. They just need to get their $#*! together.
1st I'd like to say since they moved into the dumbest design building I've ever seen or been in,that fck should fired and the service is the worst in Casa Grande and we know 9 out 10 F Food service places suck here.
What more to say. This location sucks. Ask for light mustard, crispy Bacon. Had extra mustard and under cooked bacon. And burnt bun.

Whataburger is trying to compete with McDonalds@ their drive throughs. McDonalds has warming trays, Whataburger doesn't, so they precook meat & set it to the side of the grill. Meat is over cooked but cool (won't even melt your cheese) buns are not hot. They basically just assemble a precooked burger for you.
So tired of bringing home a cold, dry and hard thin meatwhataburger along with thin hard cold fries! What happened to you? We used to brag to our west coast friends about our whataburgers. But, no more! I couldn't even finish eating this awful meat!
