If I could give less I would. Don't do it. You will not get your stuff. They will take your money and not send your items. They will tell you there was a delay and that it is coming, but it doesn't come. Be careful as they have a few names they use. They are the biggest rip off.

I have ordered over 25 items last year august when they had a lot of crystal jewelry and there was a discount with a promise for free shipping. I have written over 4 emails and never got anything back. This is a huge scam so please don't order anything from this website.

DO NOT BUY FROM WETRACI! If you did, go to your bank - open a claim for your money back! Their site is not accurate. If you refresh the site, the stock for the item changes randomly. They won't even allow customer reviews for the products. Why? Because there isn't any. Fraud! They won't answer your emails and if they did, they will not answer your questions. They said my order is 'in line' when I never ordered anything at the time. That made no sense. All I asked was about a certain item in question. When I did buy from them, they never answer any of my emails. Emailed them 3 times on different days. Be careful! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR SITE!

I ordered four things in November for Christmas. It is now January 25th and still nothing. I go to "check my order" and all I see are the delivery dates being pushed out longer and longer. Good thing I'm only out $35. DO NOT ORDER FROM WETRACI.

I had ordered 2 items, I immediately received an order confirmation, after a week I did not receive an email with the tracking number. After two months, I emailed and asked about my order. I was told it was taking longer than expected but I would hear soon. Another two weeks, no tracking info. I emailed again no response. I have since emailed twice requesting a refund, and a third time demanding a refund. I have not received a response as of yet.

Placed an order in November and I still have not received the items. I have reached out multiple times and it has not moved from the warehouse. I have asked for either the items or the money back we will see what happens.

Placed an order start of November 2022 & I never received it! Sent an email, no response! Sick of arse wipes like this, taking advantage of people & getting away with it!

I have read endless emails frm people who ordered and never received it!I to ordered on Nov 05/2022 and no contact or tracking number. Stop scamming and either refund or send item! BUYER BEWARE!

Paid for several different creatures on this site on December 10th and haven't received my order or any email about when I will be getting it. I wouldn't waste my time or money ordering anything from them.

Like all the other reviews I ordered from this website and never received my shipment. It's a shame that my daughter has been waiting with excitement and will never receive her order she asked for for Xmas. I ordered and paid $49.99 and will now have to break my daughter's little heart. Please beware

My Fiance spent quite a bit of money for items never delivered nor are they responding to emails! BUYER BEWARE! ALSO READ ALL REVIEWS OF SIMILAR STORIES AS WELL!

Been waiting since 2 Dec 2022 still waiting wish I'd seen the reviews first will not order from any of these sites again

So the comments i found here show this is a scam site, i unfortunetly followed a facebook lead to get there and placed an order, after being a month late i sent them an email which shockingly they did reply to (after another fortnight) Dear customer,
"We have received your order. The system has arranged your order in the warehouse to prepare the goods, please wait patiently.
We also understand your feelings very well, but you don't have to worry that your goods will be delivered to your address. We have a very large order volume due to store promotions, so the delivery time will be delayed. We have called the warehouse staff. Expedited packing, send your goods as soon as possible.

I had ordered some animals for my kids Christmas but it said "awaiting shipment" for the last few weeks I tried to see if their was any contact but nothing seemed to work. Luckily I have a netspend card and quickly told them about the issue...although my card had been locked I got my money back into my account...so I know some review on here said they were out of their money. But I said still try cause some places can still get your money back depending on what you go through. The only downside is that my card is still locked and they are sending me a new one to replace it...so i guess that is a sliver lining. But don't believe this website and don't let them scam you!

I was excited to get the stuffed animals I ordered as Christmas presents. I placed my order Nov 16 and still haven't received them. I messaged company several times to be told the warehouse will rush my order. They are falsely advertising their products.

So every review has pretty much the same crap as happened to me. So angry, doesn't even sound like worth trying to contact customer service. I wasn't smart enuf & eventually got banged $8.95. Cancelled cr card immediately DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
