Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order over a month ago. When I checked my order it stated that it is on hold so I emailed customer service for an update or an explanation as to why my order hasn't processed. I have received no response after multiple attempts. The phone number is nonexistent. I just submitted a request to cancel the order and received an automated message saying it can't be cancelled. Useless!
I already bough the items from Ulta and received them immediately.

You're better off buying from other retailers. If they didn't sell in other stores I'd think they are a total scam.

Ordered some products on Black Friday. Shipping hasn't been updated, no follow up email aside from the one with the tracking number. Have called twice and been on hold for so long they hung up on me both times. Sent in a 'Contact Us' form and haven't heard anything back. I'm about to dispute these charges on my credit card. I'm very irritated about this whole thing.

I hate their return or exchange policy. I got some tinted moisturizer, lip gliss, & eyeshadow. 1st, the lip gloss looks nothing like the color they showed. 2nd, the tinted Moisturizer is way too lite on my skin so I wanted to exchange it. Customer service said no because their products don't cost much. So I'm supposed to suck up almost $7 plus I paid s&h! They won't even let me exchange it. I'm glad they think that my money is worth throwing away and I have no product! That'll be the last time I ever buy from online. Customer service said sorry here's 30% off so you can buy more. What a joke!

Been here 1 hour never been here before and I'm already disgusting with the service.
Started out good coming through the gate but went downhill fast.
Went to the customer help center located@ the main entrance but no one was there. I saw other employees close but not one came to help. (I was standing under the canopy in front of the table to make it obvious) after a few employees walked past me and 15 minutes I went to the gate to ask for assistance.
All I needed was information about where to buy water shoes (which they don't have for adults other than size 13) and where to get a tube.
When I asked about the tube she said they were out so I was curious what the yellow free tube ticket was for. She waved over about a quarter of the park and said I can redeem them over there as she walked away.
Redeem for what? Where?
Can you get a map of the facility showing locations and how this park works for redeeming or whatever else you may have.
Maybe work on your customer service.

Makeup says cruelty friendly but this clearly does not relate to humans because I bought eyeshadow it badly damaged my skin. I buy your products from South Africa. You should recall your products because they damaged my skin and hopefully before it hurts others. It was very painful and taking days to recover. I just to access their site to complain and they all show errors when you access them.

Would give zero if I could

I placed an order on April 29th and they almost immediately took the money from my account. It is now almost a full month later and I still have not received my order. I have sent messages asking when it will ship and got no response. I've sent requests to cancel the order only to get automated responses that say they try to ship orders ASAP so they're unable to cancel my order. It's been so long since I've placed the order I don't even need the products anymore because I've found it elsewhere.

Got an email to clarify my apt #… it's bsmt (basement) not a #. Told me to reply in 48 hours or my order is cancelled, this is on Friday. I respond Friday night about 10:30 pm. No response next day so I repeatedly replied. No answer. I go to supposed customer service and get a rather rudely worded response. They r closed on the weekend. Then why was my response needed in 48 hours?! Never again. Shoulda used Amazon! I have used the ordered products before.

It's been over 3 days since my e-mail containing all of the information it asked for. I may contact my bank soon if I don't get a response. Terrible customer service.

The website has horrible customer service. I buy a lot of products online and this company has the worst service by far. A rep said my items should leave the warehouse within 1 -3 days of the order, with an additional 5 or so days for shipping. They created the label but USPS never received the package. After 3 weeks, I requested a refund because I didn't need the items anymore. When I requested a refund, they said the package was "lost." Yes, Wet N Wild, you lost the package. USPS never received it per the tracking number. Instead of processing a refund per my request, they told me they would resend the items. First of all, they never sent the items in the first place. They just printed a label. I truly cannot believe a company as large as Wet N Wild has such terrible customer service. Never again will I be buying anything from this company.

I ordered $50 worth of makeup from wet n wild about 3 weeks ago I still have yet to receive my order :) . I ordered many useless items just to meet to minimum requirement for the free prime and shine duo which worth abt $7. Then I go to the website to find that you changed the free item to a $31 value this is an outrage I am outraged. I'm still waiting on my package if my stuff comes in a bad condidriok I am sending it back so i expect to get my money back around sometime next year this place has slow shipping and bad customer service. Never ordering again thank you do waistint my money and time. Accoridint to my calculations I should receive my products in approximately 5 months :/

Pretty irritated

The ink on the outside of the concealer (the logo) smears, gets all over my hands and make up brushes and sponges and from it, my face ends up with black spots. Dissapointed. Concealer is alright but it sucks i have to wipe off the entire wet n wild logo to make sure it doesnt get on anything else.

Eye damage
November 22, 2022

I bought wetnwild eyeshadow when I couldn't find the color I needed in my usual brand. My eye became inflamed, swollen and I spent money in instacare and at the opthomologist office trying to get my eye to heal. I never dreamed an eye shadow could do such damage! Never again! Please beware for the health of your eyes.

I made a My Melody collab purchase the day it launched on the site and my order didn't ship until almost an entire month later, only after I asked for a refund because I had no clue where my order even was. They refused to refund me and "coincidentally" the tracking number finally updated to say Fedex recieved the package. I got it a week later, and... my My Melody purchase wasn't in the box. It wasn't even checked off on the receipt. I immediately contacted them to let them know part of my order was missing and I did not want a refund, I wanted what I had purchased. They responded by giving me a refund anyway and telling me the item was out of stock. If my package had been shipped in a remotely timely manner they might have been able to replace the item they never put in it in the first place! This order was such a frustrating experience that I'm never purchasing from this company again.

I have tried several lip plumpers but nothing really worked until I found "Wet n Wild Mega Plump Lip Gloss". It's a light shade of pink which makes it easy to wear with lipstick or without. For Mega Plump Lips give it a try

Service is nonexistent

I've been buying from Wet n Wild for over a decade since I was in middle school back when there were very few cruelty-free companies. I mostly buy stuff at the store, but I've ordered online a few times with little to no issues. Of course, this time, FedEx lost the package and refused to let me file a claim because they said the shipper had to do it.

So I emailed WnW customer service and dealt with a brash and rude person named Stephanie who kept repeating that it wasn't their problem and that they can't file a claim with FedEx because they don't have access (lies) and that they're not liable anyway. All Stephanie did was copy and paste the same dumb shipping policy over and over without actually hearing or acknowledging what I was saying. I was offered zero sympathy or other options so now I'm out over $100.

Stephanie also kept telling me to call customer service if I still had an issue. Obviously, I still had the issue since you did precisely nothing to help me. But contacting customer service through the phone was just as useless as email. Maybe get a functional phone system that puts customers in a queue for as long as it takes to get through when they call and the lines are full instead of wasting a bunch of time and then randomly cutting out.

Well, way to go, Stephanie because your attitude and refusal to fix a problem that stemmed from a cheap choice in shipping options has led to the loss of a loyal customer who spends quite frankly a ridiculous amount of money at WnW annually and has gotten a lot of other people to shop there, too.

Now that there are so many new (and frankly better) cruelty-free companies to support, I no longer feel a sense of loyalty and won't be purchasing here again. It's almost like if you bothered to have better customer service and shipping policies you wouldn't have a two-star rating, and you would be able to keep a loyal customer base. The only reason I stuck around this long was mostly shopping in stores.
