Westfall's Lawn Care and Pest

Just began lawn pest and weed control, and fertilization service with Westfall's. Very impressed by the personalized attention I received. Technician did a walk through of the property noting problem areas and taking pictures for future reference. He explained the issues and what treatments he was going to give and answered all my questions very patiently. After an overall treatment, spot treatment for areas of high weeds and insect activity was done. He scheduled a return visit in 2 weeks to assess progress in controlling problem weeds and insects. If my lawn continues to receive this level of care I will be extremely satisfied.

Every month he is at my house spraying, hand picking weeds and everything. This month I was not expecting him (I lost track of the days) and still had Halloween decorations up. He said no problem and went to my neighbors house to spray as they are a customer which allowed me time to clean up my lawn decorations and he came back. He even helped pick up a few things close to their property. Super friendly guy and always a pleasure to see at my door. I've left other companies because their lawn team didn't care about customers, their property, and there service was terrible. I could not be happier with Westfalls, the techs are wonderful and the office staff is super great too! I hope Christopher has my area for many years to come
In regards to other things- Payment portal is super easy and convenient to make payments, I prefer e-bills which they are quick and provide details on my service, invoice info and a quick link for payments.

Everyone at Westfall's is friendly, professional and answers any questions or concerns immediately. They are very helpful, and it's really nice to have the same technician (Brian) come do the service every time. Brian gets extra kudos for the friendliest technicians of anyone that's come to the house for service of any kind. We are very glad we chose Westfall's!

Anyone on the fence if pest control works? Put your mind to ease with this review.
At one point in time I was desperate dealing with cockroaches and other bugs I had no idea what they were. I RANDOMLY get lucky my 1st time with anything. Well, this time it happened. I called Amber (whom is just a sweat gem) to schedule service. A nice gentleman came out. I addressed my concerns and to this day, will randomly see anything at all until it gets close to the end of the 3rd month. No lie. It's the truth. That's when they come out again to spray outside and IF needed inside as well. Now this is 3 homes ago and 5 years later. I also want to add that I'm in a 1966 bungalow. As you know it's probably not sealed everywhere like it should be and the critters still stay away because of their bug juice. Westfall's we are your life time customer because of not only being terrified of flying roaches but because of you and ALL your caring staff.
Side note they also have (which I have also used) spray for fleas in the yard and a testament that worked as well. Stop looking for anyone else people. These are your folks to go to. Peace out. One more thing, no, I was not paid or compensated in anyway to write this. I'm just hoping someone out there knows you can have peace without the nasty pests in your home.
