Very Bad Business Practices

I ordered a birthday face mask from this company UPS lost my merchandise I filed a claim UPS issued the claim check to this merchant and not to me. So technically the merchant is paid twice. I have emailed this merchant daily numerous times and he ignores my request for replacement shipping information. Do Not Do Business with these People they have very bad business practices and will not honor your business with them
