I had an issue with their plugin and they had asked me for details which I sent 3 days back and gave them admin access to my backend as they had requested. I received no response whatesoever and all of a sudden 'My site just got completely distorted and the whole site is a mess! This is so scary! How can anyone touch the main website when I provided them my staging site. And that too without any email response when I had emailed them atleast 7-8 times on 5 days! Very unprofessional!

I bought Dokan business to do a marketplace. I'm a beginner in all this new world and so very far from being a web developer... I had some issues and opened tickets for all of them (around 10) and everything was solved! So I can just say thank you very much to the support which has been very helpfull! Dokan and weForms is super!
I have created my multivendor site easily just with the Free version of Dokan. Also, the weForms lets me create any type of form and manage responses, which is not possible with some other so called good form plugins.

The built in features of their Dokan plugin was not enough. But their clean and well documented source code helped us to get things done in less time.
Their support team also helped us with information and testing of new features. So as a thanks, I am writing this review :)
I am using Dokan plugin with the extension for 1 year and it is the best for me. Their support helps me to fix my issues but they do not provide support for third-party plugin or customization. Overall they are awesome.
