These people are so unreliable. They say on their website that they deliver within 2odays and so i ordered a dress from there 6days later, they send me an e-mail saying that they couldnt deliver and needed another 3 weeks extension which would have been past the event that i needed the dress for and so i asked for a refund but as soon as i did they started ignoring my e-mails. Their whole websit just seems so fake and informal. There were imes when i thought it was a fraud. REALLY BAD PLACE

This company is miss leading people by putting. co.uk it is not in the uk at all they have no contact number or address and are terrible at replying to emails took me 2 weeks to get them to acknowledge cancellation now trying to get money back stay clear
I purchased a dress for my school prom and was told it would arrive by the end of April. When it didn't I emailed them and they told me because I hadn't responded to an earlier email saying "your dress will arrive at the end of april. Can you wait?!" (Which clearly doesn't look like an email that needed replying to really) then delivery had been postponed and the dress would not arrive until June 10th. It is now June 12th and I have been forced to cancel my order. I now have to find another dress in 11 days and because nothing else could be purchased without the dress, I also have to get everything that goes along with it (shoes, accessories etc.)
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

This site offered a cheaper price for the dress I wanted and I thought wow im definatly buying it. I ordered it on May 18th which gave more than enough time to arrive for my prom which was the June 24th. By June 7th I began to get worried because it should had already arrived I looked on the site for a contact number and oddly there was none just and emailing service. I emailed them and after waiting for 4 days i got a reply saying it will arrive by july 3rd and asking if i can wait? Of course I said it needed to be sooner then I had to wait a further 2 days for him to reply i hav to pay an extra £20 rush fee i requested a contact number and demanded that the fee should be paid by the company as compensation for wasting my time and again... i had to wait another couple of days for him to reply and this time saying i can still pay the fee but it won't be here on time for the prom. Why on earth would i pay a rush fee if it misses the event date? I requested a refund and now i have lost faith in shopping online for dresses again.
