Buyer beware! Very bad quality products and services. Does not supply the product you think you bought and then when they have your money, they will not help. I wish these websites could be shut down.

Purchased these satin PJ top and bottoms in size small. Their sizing is VERY inaccurate as opposed to real world measurements. Their sizing guides advertise large clothing as small. Won't let you exchange, but they tell you you can return the item and pay for a new one... and you have to pay the return shipping yourself. They do not know how to run a proper business and have zero customer service. Seems like they care only about profiting, and making money off their low quality products.
Not 100% sure about their Other products but definitely stay away from robes, pajamas and all other clothing. The whole transaction with this company left a really bad taste in my mouth. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Not as advertised

Received the product for my daughters wedding, diamond confetti clearly states on the web site 500 pieces, received bags of 80, there answer it is what you ordered, yet it is still on the web site as 500. Total bait ans switch and they have your money and wont do a dam thing

Terrible
March 13, 2017

Sent us scratched, faded in spots and bubbling flasks, would not help us in returning them at all. Their site says they stand proudly behind their product, that's a joke. The lady over the phone wasn't even surprised that the quality of the product was poor and would not send us a return shipping sticker. Worst 300$ spent.

Having bought extras of an article for my daughter's wedding by mistake, I attempted to return them. The return policy was not generous to begin with; one was charged a percentage of the total as well as a return fee. "If you still wish to return..." then you could. The information of where to return the items was hard to find. I had to track someone down and email them to ask. I got an RMA number and an address. I duly packaged up the items with the required info and paid to have them shipped back. THEY WERE RETURNED TO ME; the address was fraudulent apparently. It wasn't worth the hassle to pursue this but I would never ever use them again. Do not buy anything if there is the slightest chance you may wish to return it!

Looked like used product

What was advertised was not delivered. Product looked used. Was to be engraved and inked. Gave me refund on item but I had to pay for the shipping of $8.99. What kind of Customer Service is that?

Had requested an exchange (need to return Large for Medium size) and told they DON'T do exchanges cuz they are strictly ONLINE! I had to return the items and then buy the "new" items at the higher price! I myself own an online store and DO offer exchanges for my customers. This is complete bullsh^t!
