Web.com has been a great company to work with. I love their templates on their site builder, which I have found to be the most versatile site builder I have ever worked with. The blank template gives you so much freedom to design a site exactly the way you want. They also offer assistance with building the site. However, their customer service has impressed me the most. I never have to wait on hold to speak to someone, they always resolve my issue quickly, they are polite and kind, very knowledgable, and just overall great to deal with. I highly recommend Web com!
Do not under any circumstances use this service when there are better providers out there. Especially for WordPress, they are trash. Their service and support are both garbage, I would not recommend this provider to my worst enemy. They will nickel and dime you for services others provide for free, stay away! Also, their chat support is full of Bots and canned AI responses, not great for tech support.

Worst experience I've ever had with my service. Transition fro mydomain.com to web.com has had nothing but problems. Again today I can not access my email so business is at a stand still.
Tech support is very poor, never get the same answer and chat takes forever. On top of all this my cost to register my domains has gone up.
I have too many domains and web sites with you to switch service so I trapped in a very bad situation.

I received a good price from them for my website, and now I know why. I had an issue getting my site registered with Google's search engine. I called web.com's tech support for help and was told if I wanted to register my website with any search engines I would have to but another service from them at a monthly cost MUCH higher then the website. So basically they sold me a car with no engine. If I were you, I'd find a reputable company to do business with. Unfortunately I paid 2 years in advance for a website I can't do anything with. It's sad that the law let's companies get away with ripping people off.

You have gone Live with my new Web Site on Monday March 11. I have not been able to access email since then and have been calling since then to get this fix. All my documents and contacts are on my email. I have to sign and send contacts out March *******@1pm for tenders and I cant get in to emails and no one is helping or taking this Seriously. I'm at risk to lose Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars. Not Happy With the sense of Urgency on your part
Web.Com did my old Web Site in 2008 and Redid new web site over the last month I'm not pleased
I am constantly waiting for extended periods of time to speak to a customer service representative. If I move away from the chat for 60 seconds, then I get cut off. The reason I joined web.com was because they rated so highly on customer service but I am consistently getting terrible service. I don't know if this is because I am in a different time zone in Australia but I'm finding The experience to be extremely frustrating and disappointing and would love a refund on my two months subscription so far

Cancel my hosting package. It seems there is no one smart enough in your company to configure my website. I have been trying for at least 5 days. Even your so-called "level 2" never contacted me after 3 days.
It started off ok. But then I locked myself out of my account and the next afternoon I looked at my email and saw my money from Web.com had already been refunded. They wanted a picture of my ID so I sent it but never heard back. I lost out on 5 customers and 7k in 24 hours. Alot more since my site has been down. I won't be back because of the way I was done. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for me trying to obtain my domain.

Horrible service! They deleted my website and email even after I told them I was moving domains first. They did this out of pure spite because I was leaving and it is unethical business practices. web.com is making the transfer of my domains take longer as well. If I do not get these web domains transferred to my new account at bluehost by tomorrow, I am calling my attorney.

This site was literally created by junior devs. Theres absolutely no multifunctional properties or videos online about it. All the references are horrible in the help section along with the customer service. I would never make a website for myself on this site. Thankfullly I'm a dev for someone else. Get the framework right and then work down from there

This has been the worst experience and I am canceling my service. I only get a response from your staff once I have decided not to renew my service with your company. Everyone who needs a website can not afford the enormous fees that you want to charge to build the site and opt for the more affordable one, but that does not mean that we should not be entitled to great customer service!
I had two domains transferred over, when I initially signed up I was never told any stipulations on transferring a domain. It was only when Web.com couldn't transfer them correctly I was told about a waiting period that was never mentioned in our initial conversation. I am not pleased at all that my account was charged several times for the same thing and it seems that no matter whom I talk to no one understands.

Ever since I started about a month ago, I've had an issue with the booking system not accepting the new questions that I put in for the info needed upon check out. One of my questions is to give the customers address. I need this answered so that I know where to go to do the 3D Virtual Tour. Without this info it is worthless to me. They send me a message by email every Monday and Friday that says the exact same thing each time. They are working on my problem and will get back to me when the problem is fixed or if they need more info from me.

mydomain.com used to give amazing support. Web.com just pushes a paid service for helping. Beyond upset and will likely move our 87 domains to another platform.

We got migrated to web.com from dotster. The migration was totally bungled, and all we got from support after waiting for a live chat agent was "We can't help you", and "there is no manager available to help you". AVOID AVOID AVOID

The customer service has been terrible! I have been locked out of my account countless times over the course of a month and almost every time I have remained locked out for days due to customer service not being able to resolve the problem. I have lost a lot of valuable time and I have been forced to push back the launch date of my website.
I initially chose web.com because I felt they were offering a great service and I liked the builder software. Had I not already invested so much time into the build I would have absolutely cancelled my service after all of these problems.
I have an ongoing ticket that has been open for several weeks. No feedback on progress unless I reach out and waste both my and your time to get updates. No ETA on solving the issue either. Issue started as E-******* and is now S-*******. I feel your team is unable or unwilling to solve the problem and therefore I cannot recommend you to anyone.
I have signed in and I didn't like the services provided and I was not satisfied. I called in to cancel and refund but I have been told 3 days required to recover the payment. It is clear to me then that your company is not confident and that's why you would have such a policy. I only been deigned in for 4 days. What a waste!

Web.com made a typo on my email address. Now they want me to provide a notarized statement, id and a utility bill to change their mistake. This is terrible customer service! Just fix your mistake and don't waste my time!

I purchased service from Dotster 12 days before the acquisition by web.com was final and once it was, my site was no longer working and I was told that I needed to purchase web.com service because the dotster service was no longer supported. The product should have never been sold to me. Needless to say, I have not been able to access my full service since and have been forced to find hosting elsewhere.
