I was given a job offer as an independent contractor for the first month with a $3200 salary plus $120 for expenses. I mailed a total of 8 packages and I have yet to receive my paycheck. I reached out to my "supervisor" and was told he would reach out to payroll for me. I still haven't received a phone call, email, or text from anyone. I have bills to pay and I am late on my rent. I am in jeopardy of being evicted and my lights being cut off and nothing. This is not a good job and I am just not sure why this was done, like what are they getting out of doing this.
If this company tries to reach out offering u a job, DO NOT ACCEPT IT! Do not send them any of your personal info! They have scammed me offering me a job as an order processor for $3200 monthly plus $150 for expenses! They now have my ID info and social security number! They made it sound so legit they even had a payroll dept and a person in HR reach out to me! After my probation period they said a check will be mailed and that was also a lie! I will be filing a police report!
They're fraud. Their Web site says wherehouse all over the country, what they do is they hire people online get them to send a few packages, then completely stops, meaning they already looking for someone else to hire and so on and on. They don't pay the people they hire online, and since they sent just a few packages, they think they won't mind.
I was hired by Waytran to be one of their distributed warehouses where packages were sent to my home and I would inspect the packages for authenticity print new shipping label and drop packages off at UPS or Fed Ex. Waytran signed a contract with me that it would pay me $3200 for services rendered 30 days after start date. They refused to send me the check fed ex would only send regular USPS mail two weeks has passed and I never received the check. Their payroll department misrepresented that they have a contract with USPS and again refuses to overnight me the check, or share who owns this company so I can speak with them directly no info who the owner is on their website.
I asked them as well to send it priority mail USPS so I can have tracking number.
This company has serious credibility concerns and I am not the only contractor who has had this experience.
