I can't imagine selling a house can get any easier than this. I just called up Watson Buys and they pretty much did everything else. They were really polite and very professional. I got too close when I wanted, and I sold them my house as-is. Thanks for making the move just that much easier

I recently sold my house in Denver for cash and the company that I worked with was so professional that I felt I must write about it. Watson Buys is based in Denver, Colorado, which is great. Many of the companies i called were 800 numbers in different parts of the country. Their process was simple, it made sense and didn't confuse me. While we were on the phone we went over what other houses had sold for nearby. It was neat because I could go online and see that the house comps were legit on Zillow. After looking at comps and talking about what I had and had not fixed recently we negotiated a price right there and then. I was really surprised at just how fast they could come up with an offer. They emailed it over to me and I looked it over with my husband and with an attorney (which Michelle had suggested I should do when signing anything). 24 hours later we sent it back signed and then they arranged to come by to verify/inspect the condition of the house. I was nervous during the inspection as I was suspicious they would try and beat me up and renegotiate the April even though I had been completely honest and open about the condition of my house. After they were there for about 2 hours Shaun stated they were not going to change the cash offer. He felt I had accurately described what needed fixing etc. It was great that they didn't try any underhand stuff. I really felt they were honest and upfront about everything. After that, we just had to wait on the title which took about 5 days, and then we set the closing date for 2 weeks later to coincide with me moving to a new home on the west side of Denver. Watson Buys made selling my house stress-free and very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house fast and for a fair cash price. THANKS!

I dont often write reviews but Watson Buys was so outstanding I want to review them everywhere I can! I had a rental property in Denver for the past 3 years. The latest tenant was behind on rent and on inspection had trashed the place. I was done with it and just wanted to get rid of the property. With appreciation over the past 3 years, I was going to come out ahead. I just wanted an easy sale. Shaun at Watson Buys took care of everything from showing me the value of the house with legit comps to having all the necessary docs ready and waiting. I just had to pop in and get to docs notarized that was all! Cash was paid directly to me, there were no delays, I didn't have to fix anything and they even took the problem tenant off my hands. I really wish you all the best and thanks for helping me cash out of my rental without any fuss.

I have lived in my house in Globeville for 52 years. However, I am leaving Denver and am moving to Texas to be with my friends. My house has good bones but it doesn't need to be updated. I have had 4 companies come to my house and take a look. Despite me being honest about the condition when they arrived they spent a lot of time telling me all the things that were wrong. It made me feel uncomfortable. Shaun was the only person that did not do this. After we talked on the phone he gave me a cash offer. He said that as long as the house was in the condition I said it was the cash offer was good. When he came over he went through the house and after his inspection said that my description was honest and he would hold to his word about the cash offer. The only extra thing he had to do was have the sewer line inspected. Thye inspected the sewer and there were some roots in there but he said that's ok too. The other companies had told me roots were really bad and that it could cost them 10,000 or more to have fixed properly. Shaun explained that to replace a sewer line could cost $10,000 but it really is not necessary and he felt they were being dishonest about really what needed to be done. Needless to say, I sold my house to Shaun. He was very kind. He was honest and I really liked him and Patty who helped with the title work. She made it all really easy too. My husband was still on the title even though he had passed away and they made sure it was done properly. Watson Buys really made it easy for me to sell my house. I am very grateful for their honesty. They gave me a good amount of money for my house. I would say that I can trust them 100% and if you are thinking of selling your house to a we buy houses for cash type company you absolutely need to talk to Watson Buys. BEWARE This guy doesn't pay for people that do work for him. The guy that's own this company had me put up a fence at one of his "investment properties" 120 linear feet to be exact. We also took down and removed 60 linear feet of fence, has yet to pay for services that were done.
